The receptionist deals with the guest as if he is from the same country, with the same language and knowledge, and he did not explain to us the parking need money. Air conditioning was weak.

Breakfast at the hotel was tasteless and just cold. Unfortunately, I ate outside the hotel in Italian places. Breakfast and dinner, I didn't want to eat in the hotel restaurant at all because I didn't want to have the same experience with food. I ate at the local restaurant.
The room I stay are only cleaned on the surface of the furniture, very dirty carpet with large stains after some substance that has Several months. Just disgusting

I have never been insulted as I was arriving to my room to find a mirror on the ceiling, the room can only be described as a dungeon and did not look anything like the photo in the advert. Also it was obvious someone had been smoking in the room and an ashtray was beside the bed, I am a non smoker so you can only imagine the smell. I moved rooms but it was not better.
The distance to the train station was not as described and meant walking on dangerous main roads with no pathways
