There is a large disconnect between the 8.8 “excellent” rating on Hotels.com and my experience having stayed at this hotel.
The amenities listed in the hotel description are not all available at the hotel. Moreover, basic items such as ice are unavailable throughout much of the day and when obtained from the bar upon it opening at 18:30, the hotel wanted a supplemental payment. The shower pressure was horrible and water temperature was unacceptably cool.
The room design on the third floor is extremely unfriendly given the low height of the external wall. Design choices such as placing the mini fridge in an area of the room with the lowest ceiling height is completely illogical.
The ventilation in the room was unavailable as a result of being between summer (AC) and winter (heating) - as explained by the staff - making the room extremely stuffy in the evening. We asked the hotel if a floor fan was available to aid the situation, but unfortunately not.
Ultimately, I cannot recommend this hotel given other choices nearby.

A very nice, clean hotel. We found the beds to be much harder than we like. The service at breakfast, although friendly, could be very slow. There was supposed to be some hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon, but they were usually cold and poorly replenished

the lift is scary very old 80's like , hotel is fine but not help full what every direction we asked they don't know , can you believe they don't know how to rent a car , they don't know what is happening around them when a big concert was on , they don't help with direction , they never greet when you walk in hotel . hotel advertised with pool and we couldn't use pool we had to pay 20euros extra . the hotel is located away from any amities and public transport

A horrible experience. Shame on you Best Western as your brand identity does not match the quality of this property. Here are my particular problems: The bathroom smelled distinctly of pee, which permeated the entire room. I could not open any windows or doors to the outside because they were actually screwed tight. I guess there was supposed to be a balcony outside the room but because it had no railing they had to shut the doors so no one could open them. I guess the fire code is not something that best western is concerned about. A bug fluttered around my bed the whole night. The showerhead hadn’t been cleaned in ages so the water went everywhere except on me which was supposed to be the object of the shower. This property should not be selling rooms like this. I did not complain because I just wanted to get to bed and that’s what I did and got out as soon as possible.

This was a great property. It was right off the auto strada. The staff, both reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is spotless. Best covid precautions I have ever seen. Even the TV remote was cleaned and put in sealed bag.
I will absolutely stay there again when in the area
