Had a great stay at Cremona Palace. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and well furnished, and breakfast included was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Staying with Best Western Cremona Palace Hotel in Cremona was as expected, nice and smooth.
The hotel is new, clean and the quality of service is awesome. Though it is 7 km from Cremona center the hotel staff provided as needed a shuttle bus service, free of charge.
Suitable for business and short stays, the hotel is well designed, the breakfast was complex and internet was free (though not that fast) and available in room also. I loved the white doors. Well isolated, the room was quiet, no sounds from neighbours were heard.
The SPA requires going outside from the hotel. The pool at SPA was clean. The fitness room was well equipped. The sauna is a bit old, and during my stay was on maintenance.
Definitely recommended!

The staff were very keen to help which is a big plus... Downside was the general condition of the hotel seenmed that it needed a bit of general work. For example my bin in room was broken, cover missing off some of the trip switch panel, aircon didnt seem to work so good... mostly minor things.

Good business hotel, very basic but clean and tidy. Very quiet, at times i thought i may be the only person in the hotel. There is a pizzeria which shares the car park but i ate at the nearby shopping centre where there is 2 or 3 restaurants.

Good base camp for those who have a car.
The space of the room was a pleasant surprise.
Big balcony, but nothing to see around, and car noise from the highway.
Breakfast was average. Water flow in the shower room was not very smooth. And water spilling outside the shower space even with closed doors.

not much, considered what I paid to have an average breakfast and a decent room.
Downs: the air conditioning did not work so I had a consistent 27 degrees in the room. Middle of May ... you can imagine.
What I found really irritating was the behaviour of the staff: "the a/c wont be working until June". So what? I paid to have a normal room not a oven.
Breakfast really average.
ah and the swimming pool was also out of order for 2 days out of four ...

Big rooms(US standard), clean, staff friendly. Had a lovely time sight-seeing Cremona. Mind the fact that the hotel is about 4km outside of Cremona city. We had a car so it was easy to drive into the center of the town. Once you are in town you can either walk or rent a bike. The area around the Duomo is mostly pedestrian zone. Overall if you have a car and want a clean and big hotel room, this is the hotel for you. Breakfast was included which was a plus. Would definitely go back if we stop by Cremona again.

Clean too, except for a few spiders. Huge rooms. They say they are only 3 person, but it easily 4 person if you roll the bed over. Pool was disappointing. They make you buy swim caps and have to pay extra 10 Euro's per person, but the swim caps don't stay on your head, so my kids didn't have fun, because they kept getting yelled at. Nice and quiet. Great breakfast.
