Comfortable room, although a little rough around the edges (wall paper coming off, bud ride or 30 minute walk from main square etc) Nice continental breakfast catering to gluten and dairy free. Extremely helpful front desk.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, the breakfast staff were very good. The breakfast was filling with lots of choice for a continental breakfast. The only issue was that the air-conditioning wasnt able to be put on cold or below 22 degrees, making the room warm to sleep in. Leaving windows open didnt help because of noise from the traffic whilst trying to sleep.

1- The front desk gentleman was not helpful and limited to yes/no answers.
2- The elevator is too small, and it’s only one, which difficult the access to room and breakfast area.

Decent stay for a decent price. Nothing fancy. Paid parking and dirty/old carpet in the room was my worst complaint. Staff was not overly friendly, but I’ve found that to be the norm in Italy.

Good hotel located a straight forward 15 - 20 min walk from the Center of Florence (The Dome). Nice quite location and felt safe to walk around outside late in the evening.
It was value for money and prefable to Hotels located closer in the center, since it ensured we were far away enough from the large daily crowds (we visited Mid September).
It was nice and quite during our stay, I would recommend it to others.

Staff was outstanding. Helpful and cheerful in every way. Rooms were clean with a very nice bathroom. The breakfast service was especially nice with lots of fruit, cheese, and sweets. If you want a big “American Breakfast”, you may not be happy, but if you want variety of fruit, juice, cheese, Italian meat, and sweets - this is the place. You can even have Mimosa if that’s your thing! Location is great too - quite street within walking distance of everything in old town COMO. Recommended.

I found this hotel to be mediocre at best. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice as well. Rooms were clean and presentable but small. Beds were very uncomfortable and unfortunately we had some sort of hotel function happening downstairs that kept us from sleeping for some time. I went down to the front desk to as if there was something they could do about it, they said they would but the noise did not improve. Did not get a good nights rest at this hotel.

Super tiny rooms , they provided a hot water pot but no coffee cups , we had to ask for them each day , the maid then took them away and didn’t replace them .. had to ask for them again , always given them but with a hint of annoying them .
Location is nice , bus stops close by or can walk to the museums . Next time will just bring our own coffee cups !
