This is a 2-3 star property but is very well kept and well run. Rooms were clean and AC worked well. Very fair value for money. Was glad to get a room here.
Was among closest options to airport, even though it’s actually 15 mins drive away.

The property is conveniently located near the Rome (FCO) airport. I stayed there twice and enjoyed my stay there very much. That are great and lively restaurants which are short walking distance from the hotel.
Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and helpful! In my last stay, I was about to miss my shuttle to the airport because I did not hear my alarm. The hotel receptionist on duty came to my door and told me that they'd hold the shuttle and it came back to pick me up.
I really appreciated the service!

Staffed 24/7 which is important for late arrivals. Many properties have no reception/greeters after 11 pm. Front desk very helpful and welcoming. Airport shuttle and/taxi available at front desk. One block away from river front with fishing fleet. Interesting, walkable area.

A/C was not powerful enough to cool the room. The room was L-shaped. The A/C was pointed to that part of the 'L' that was the entry-way and no one was in that area. At least they could have redirected the air to where we were sleeping. The shower had black gunk which could have been mold. Elevator is for luggage only, not people, so that was ok. They offered free bottled water upon arrival and free parking so those are definitely plusses. The room was large and the bathroom was larger than average. Shower was slippery, but that seems to be the norm in Europe.

Small hotel tired looking in the outside but rooms were all new and clean, great location walking distance to great food restaurants and shared shuttle service was excellent and cost on 10€ each way. GREAT!

The staff at the hotel were very kind and very understanding. This was a last minute stay, as we had missed a flight at the airport. The man at the front desk took the time to explain everything and walked us to the room. Would definitely stay here again.

place is clean, comfortable beds,air-conditioned, near the airport, and provided breakfast. A few blocks away from trendy and popular waterfront restaurants and gelateria. We ate at Osteria dell'Orologio - high-end but good food and service.
