Property is great. Only drawback is no cell service or wifi in the rooms. It would be great to have wifi in the rooms other than just at the reception building.

The hotel was close to the most beautiful beaches and only a small car ride to Olbia city center, where there was a lot of lively streets with fantastic restaurants. The pool was always so clean with amazing views of the sea and mountains around. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The reception helped us rent a car with a very good price for the duration of our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Sardinia.

Asked for to borrow a wine bottle opener. No one at the front desk had one. They noted to go to the bar to have it opened. The bar did not have one. Restaurant did not have one. Very odd.

Lets start with the non existing shuttle they offer. Wrote an email never got an answer. Called them, same thing. We were stuck at midnight at the airport for 45 mins waiting for a taxi that cost 60 euros for a 15 min ride. We also had to pay 40 euros for the ride back.
The rooms are very outdated and the AC filters have probably never been cleaned, i got sick after the first night. The shower drain clogs so you have to shower with your feet in a puddle. They charge for beach towels and almost everything you need.
Transport is very limited in this area, you will need to rent a scooter or car which are both pretty expensive during the high season.
Thankfully, the private beach was amazing and SOS Aranzos beach is located just 5 mins away, which saved our trip. The pool is also nice.
Overall ok experience for a hotel in the middle of nowhere with non exisiting WIFI. Very pricey for what they have to offer.

Great location and panorama view, perfect to reach all important spots of Costa Smeralda. Simple but comfortable rooms. Lovely pool open till night, which is perfect! Nice and convenient restaurant. Private beach available, not very beautiful but still enjoyable, and with excursions to see dolphins. Overall good value for money!

Quite sure one can find more and better anywhere else. Even by the already low Italian standards, this hotel is way sub par. Zero customer care, non existing guests support, offensive and unacceptable accommodations, regardless of platinum status… carelessness borderline arrogance is business as usual in this place. Out on a hill, very badly connected and served, however the location and landscape is quite nice. Facilities are well kept and decent.

Place was great, staff was awesome, location was unfortunately just a bit too inaccessible, if you are driving then no problem at all definitely a great option for the price.
We had a car when checking in, however, returned the vehicle before the end of our stay. Don’t trust google maps on this one, it is not accessible by local transit and taxis are 45-60 euros from town each way.
