Will have to admit we almost passed up this little gem due to the fact it didn't list it had air conditioning in the room (stay was mid-Aug); hard to sleep if hot. The room did not have ac but the cool breeze off the lake was perfect! I am usually a mosquito attractant and will not sleep with the doors open but took the chance this time and had no issues. The view from this hotel is breathtaking and entertaining as the lake in front is a hot spot for windsurfers and kiteboarders. The owners were so kind and attentive. Breakfast was very good. So glad we didn't pass on this one!! Worth the stay for sure.

Great staff, awesome location, nice breakfast, overall the staff is very good! New management and we could see the hotel is being updated and remodeled. For the price the experience was excellent and we would certainly stay there again.

A great lakefront hotel to stay in while visiting the Italian lakes. However you must have a car. The hosts were warm and wonderful and the room had an awesome balcony view. We woke up every morning to the gentle crashing of lake waves and a nice breeze. A good breakfast to start the day. Evening could be spend walking along the lakefront or exploring the nearby towns/restaurants. A very pleasant place away from the big city traffic and crowds. But still close enough.
