Our visit was in April. Our room in the attic had the most amazing view. We had an amazing private balcony/patio to view the lake. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the ferry and less a walk to the town center. The staff was very helpful and the in house bar/restuarant was great.

Everything was amazing in this hotel. We had a room with a balcony facing the lake. We couldn't make use of the pool unfortunately due to the rain but we made use of the covered deck overlooking the lake instead. The hotels location is perfect, the bus from Como drops you right outside. The boats over to bellagio are less that 100m away. This hotel has everything you need around it. The staff could not do more for us

Hotel was super conveniently located and was very clean. Rooms were a good size as well. Restaurant and breakfast were over priced for what they were but overall a great experience.

Cannot beat this hotel in terms of location in Menaggio. It’s directly on the lake so has beautiful views from the lakeside rooms. It’s 3 minutes walk from the ferry and one minute from the main piazza in town (small but charming). It’s a great basic hotel option, nothing fancy but clean and the pool was a nice addition especially during the very hot summer days. It has the potential to be even better given the location but lacks a few big important things such as air conditioning in the hot summer days. (They did get us a fan for the room which helped a bit). Also a few added room/bathroom amenities could definitely take it up a notch (the shower is pretty small) . The restaurant on site is not part of the hotel ownership so things like bringing drinks/food to the pool loungers is not permitted but you can sit at nearby tables just off the pool area. There’s also no room service. But all that said, for the price and location, this is a very good basic hotel option in the area. Staff was helpful. Overall a good experience!

Lovely. Good location. Close to ferry terminal and town square. Pool was small but a godsend after a hot day of sightseeing. Breakfast buffet was another nice amenity. Rooms were small but came with a balcony and expansive view of Lake Como. Would recommend.

We had a room looking into town. Could see the hillside and church but no water. Views from the restaurant were great overlooking the lake. Bed was not that comfortable but ok. It was too cool and rainy to use the pool but it looked inviting. Great breakfast was included and dinner was very good but a bit expensive.

Great location and view from the lake view room. Swimming pool area is also cosy and nice. Staff is super friendly! Easy nearby parking (must book in advance, chargeable). For a 3 starts hotel this is a great choice!
