Hotel was in a lovely location overlooking beach. We were kindly given a nice sea view room with a balcony which we had requested. Only fault was there was only one chair on balcony which wasnt ideal for 2 people. Room/bathroom was comfortable and cleaned throughout our stay. We got airport transfer which was quick and reliable. Found staff to be very helpful and polite. Nice hotel which I would highly recommend...

We were scheduled to stay 3 nights we had to stay for one. This is definitely not a 3 star property. It’s a 1 star motel. I should have realized when a notice on the wall states pool opens at 9 to 1:30 and 3:30 to 7pm??? OMG!! When we checked in the room assigned to us STUNK of cigarettes, we requested another room, they should us 2 others much better smelling still a smell of cigarette just like the hallways. Once we were in the room and started looking at the condition of the bathroom and the bed spread we requested a refund which we were told they had no authorization to give us. We got Expedia involved and after1.5 hrs on the phone we stayed the night because we didn’t want to be driving around at night. Morning came we went to breakfast at 9 am (ends at 10) there was practically nothing available (no exaggeration) we had coffee and croissant. One family came in around 9:15 and complained an they brought them bread and cold cuts! Front desk same person from the day before tells us they will refund us the 2 nights. We were out of there in a flash! Avoid this nightmare and book Florio Park Hotel about 10 miles from this place!

In a nutshell, I got the keys at reception, walked into the room with my family and walked straight out and booked another hotel. They then told me I would not be charged and low and behold there is a charge on my credit card.

Bellevue del golf has Friendly staff , but poor quality rooms , the first room they gave my son an was unacceptable. After complaining they gave us larger room , no air.conditioner working , Poor quality beds , and ants and bugs in room We paid for three nites but left after one . This place needs. Lot of work . I request that hotels . Com kindly refund my money .

This hotel has amazing views. We had a spacious, clean room. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. You can walk down into Capaci or down along the shoreline. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and they offer dinner service.

When we arrived, tired after a long drive, we were waved away from the on-site free parking by a security guard, who said we couldn't enter the lot because a movie was being filmed there. We drove around confused, in busy traffic, until a different guard told us to park up a hill behind the hotel on a narrow little road, where we had to squeeze in among a bunch of film crew cars. Then we had to lug our bags back to the hotel. The clerk there told us that we could move our car to the hotel lot after the film crew left, but that wouldn't happen until around midnight!! She led us to our room, which was a rather tired efficiency unit way in the back of a separate adjunct building, which required us to weave through pitch-black exterior stairwells and ramps, as there were no exterior lights. The hotel had a pool, but the film crew were set up throughout the public spaces and required silence, so we didn't use it. We were hungry and hoped to eat at the hotel's restaurant, but we were told it closed in an hour (at 8pm), and they couldn't accommodate us due to how busy they were. So we walked about 15 minutes into the little town below, where we got a decent meal. We wish the hotel had alerted us in advance, via Expedia, to the fact that a movie crew were dominating the hotel and grounds, so that we could have had the option of staying elsewhere. The hotel itself was clean enough, and the lodging was basic. We paid about double what the hotel now appears to be charging.
