This was a great location, only a five minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station. Check-in was seamless. The staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. The change of pace from Rome was very welcome. Staff had a ready list of restaurant s and were crucial to getting us a reservation last minute. The room was spacious. Loved the bath and soft gentle music. Definitely recommend! Our favorite hotel of our trip.

What a lovely hotel! The staff was always exceedingly helpful and friendly. It is a very clean, beautiful, and well appointed hotel with a nice bar too.
I loved our luxurious bath and wonderful robes. The breakfast had any and everything one could want with a very kind wait staff.
The location was perfect! You are just a minutes walk from the train station and close to everything you will want to do in Florence.
Wonderful stay- we will be back!

Much nicer than expected! Lots of cozy hang out spaces. In a big piazza square with many restaurants and walkable to everything but don’t get lost or depend on Google maps as data is spotty and sometimes unavailable especially around museums with thousands trying to use internet.
Make copies of all docs to your photos “trip” albums to easily enter museums etc as the ferenze card maybe not open. Also watch out for copy cat sites for tickets the Firenze card red allows you to r
Make reservations ahead for Uffizi and Academy I.e. David, you have to call though which is annoying but have that code and card ready and go to gate 3 window to trade code for tickets.
