Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. The Hotel Marte is comprised of 2 hotels divided by a small canal, and check in takes place at Hotel Marte (Ponte delle Guglie Cannaregio 338), which is connected to Hotel Biasin by the Ponte delle Guglie bridge. Rooms are located in both buildings. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival. Hotel only accepts guests with minimum age of 18
