An old style hotel in a good central location. Had good heating (it’s winter) and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is looking a bit tired and worn but everything still works. Staff were nice.

It’s a good location but it’s noisy as my room wax on street and it’s busy all night ! It needs soundproofing ! Breakfast is routine stuff , they have honey , dinner is extra but okay ! Language is a problem and hotel has little information but tourist information is two blocks away it’s on bus routes ! If I had a. Inner room I will have been happier ! Ragusa is nice but modica is better next time will stay in modica god willing amen

This hotel is in an excellent location for restaurants and for sight-seeing. It is very easy to walk down the hill and then catch the bus back up from Giardino Ibleo. Rooms were small, breakfast was adequate, and parking(8euro) was convenient.

Two days InRagusa and stayed in Hotel Montreal a very nice 3 star hotel in centre of Ragusa Superiore about 10 minutes walk from railway station. It’s very reasonably priced and comfortable, some rooms a little small but for the price you can’t complain. It’s very clean and the staff are lovely, very helpful. The breakfasts are adequate but the coffee is excellent. Great base for trips to Modica and Scicli. Location is very good for restaurants and exploring Ragusa Ibli.Great wifi. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in upper Ragusa just 3 blocks to the stairs going down to the old town. The rooms are an okay size for a reasonably priced hotel. Be aware that the air conditioning is not turned on by the hotel until the end of May, and as we had a hot spell in early May, it was quite uncomfortable. There was a student tour while we were there so it was quite noisy at night with thin walls. The front desk did change our room to try to minimize the noise, so I cannot fault them for our bad timing. The bathrooms are small, but adequate. A breakfast is included in the rate and they do have on site parking for 10 euros a night if you prereserve a spot. We booked this hotel because my husband didn’t want to drive the car through the small streets of of Iower Ragusa and we heard that finding parking there is a nightmare. In hindsight, we would book in the old town because there were just too many stairs to climb back up the steep hill each time you were done visiting.

We stayed two nights. The hotel was easy to find, in a great area close to the steps going down to Ragusa Ibla, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving us good suggestions about where to go and things to do. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant which was delicious and the waiter was very attentive but not too much so. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Ragusa. I wish we could have stayed longer as we were very comfortable there. A 10 Euro taxi ride from the bus station. Very close to tourist information centre, grocery store nearby, a great base to explore Ragusa and Ibla. Room was very clean (thank you housekeeping staff - good job!) Room design was well thought out - even though it was not a very big room (standard double), there was enough room to place our two large suitcases and keep our clothes and other stuff off the floor. There were enough plugs for all our gadgets (which is rare). The floor was laminate wood so our feet weren't freezing like they are on tile floors. Large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, good water pressure. There was a safe in the closet but we were not given the key, so I am not sure if there was an extra charge to use it -- I didn't ask. We did not eat at the restaurant, so I cannot comment on that. But the very nice hotel staff recommended a great restaurant (Taverna del Lupo - worth a go!) Would definitely go back and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff were amazing maybe a little overworked as one staff member was the receptionist the waitress / sommelier and even our taxi driver. The room was large and comfortable a little on the dark side, bathroom was good with a good shower, hotel was in a great location. The restaurant is really good it looks pricey and we were a little worried as there are no prices on the menu but it was incredibly reasonable and I would highly recommend it. Fast in room Wifi and free Sky tv rounded out a great deal.

The room was large and comfortable a little on the dark side, bathroom was good with a good shower, hotel was in a great location. The restaurant is really good it looks pricey and we were a little worried as there are no prices on the menu but it was incredibly reasonable and I would highly recommend it. Fast in room Wifi and free Sky tv rounded out a great deal.
