The hotel was really nice! It was clean and modern looking and the employees there were really friendly. One complaint is that from the pictures and stuff I thought the hot tub was free and open to all guests, but it's actually behind a locked door and only available if you pay for it by reserving specific times. Also the area around the hotel wasn't that nice, but it was great to be able to walk to the subway.
There was plenty of parking around the hotel. Across the street. We parked in the median a few steps from the door and the side street next to the hotel also had a lot of parking. If you plan to park your car there you will probably find a spot close by, but it might be a timing thing as well.

The room is nice and clean. I feel very comfortable. I like that the hotel is within walking distance to Marconi Train Station. Easy to commute to the central station, Termini. There are convenient stores near next door to the hotel. Also a bus stop just right outside. Overall experience is nice.

Everything was great!! All the hotel staff were so helpful in all our requirements! Breakfast was excellent with different variety of choices, continental breakfast, pancakes, good cappuccino, very good croissants, different juices and fresh fruits. Place is accessible for bus rides to Transtevere and to the city central.

The room and the bathroom are very spacious, however, the furniture was white and it was stained. Also, there is only a single lock on the entrance door so we felt unsafe. Staff was very nice and polite, we tried to do an early check in but it was not possible, however they took our luggage to a locker until we came back. Overall if you are looking for a cheap stay away from the hubbub of central Rome this is a great place, super close to the metro and bus stop.

This hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was very nice as well. My family sorted thur the filters to make sure we had a hotel with A/C however they control whether or not we can turn on the unit. I dont appreciate that at all. If we are paying for a room we should have the option of turning it on if we need it regardless of the weather outside. Thats my only beef with my stay.

Pulitzer is an average but functional hotel. The rooms are clean but a bit dated, and the amenities are basic. Service was polite but not exceptional. We were quite disappointed about the lack of empathy shown by the hotel for our situation. We were unfortunately affected by the Heathrow shutdown and asked if the hotel could waive the first nights charge as we wouldn’t make until the next day and all we got was “no, it’s strict hotel policy for no refunds” — we won’t be coming back in a rush.
The biggest plus is its location—well-connected to public transport, making it easy to get around. If you need a convenient, no-frills stay, it does the job, but don’t expect anything special.

Clean property, a few minutes walk from the metro station. No issues with hot water. We loved our stay. They had a bar/ restaurant we didn’t get the chance to try but very convenient to have the options.
