Hotel Saccardi & Spa - Adults Only

I stay here every year for the last 3 years a particular event in Verona and not only is it convenient this year they welcomed me back audibly when i walked it, I was surprised that they knew my name, that was an exceptional touch. Staffing is incredibly kind and generous all smiles all the time!

Everything about the hotel for us was amazing. The staff were outstanding we'll definitely go back...

all was great , nice aera, easy, all the time when we pass by there we stop for lunch or sleep , one thing have to be improve is : Food is very good, but the portion of pasta is very Small, pasta don't coast huge budget to put more in the plate.

Food excellent. Indoor pool excellent. Friendly staff though we were told it was advisable to book both lunch and dinner, only to find that the huge restaurant was largely empty. ! Lots of flies and mosquitoes around both inside and outside unfortunately.

The staff was friendly and helpful.The Hotel it far Verona city center aprox.8 km.Public transport very poor!The Hotel own transfer it 4 tímes day.Last öné 7pm.

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel! When we first drove up is only 5 mins away from the airport and is basically off a motorway so thought oh no originally, however when we got to the hotel there’s a big car park outside that you can park your car on for free (really helpful for us as we hired a car for driving to lake Garda and Venice) and the reception and facilities are really lovely. Beautiful pool outside and have a spa inside that is fully open on the weekend (in the week it’s just pool only). Staff are really friendly can’t do enough for you. Breakfast was buffet style with bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, cereals, different cakes everyday. It is not your typical full English as in no sausages or beans but is very filling and I really enjoyed the breakfast. For evening meal every night we were in Verona we went to Verona town centre which is about a 15 minute drive. We pre booked using the hotel free shuttle bus there and then got a taxi back as there werent times back we wanted for the shuttle and didn’t want to be on a time scale and taxi cost around 30 euro. Rooms are decent, spacious, a bit outdated in places. Had to give 4 stars as also had building work next to the hotel so could hear that but for us the hotel was so nice that didn’t bother us. You get what you pay for and the service was excellent. For me it is worth being further out from Verona as I love a pool and spa and time to relax which you wouldn’t have in the town centre.

Picked this hotel while passing through the region. It is an aged hotel with focus on spa and conventions. We didn’t use the spa and it may be the biggest draw but to me the hotel seems overrated with old rooms, furniture and carpeting. The restaurant was OK with an impressive collection of wine. Our waiter was helpful and knowledgable about wine selection as well.

Far from the city - good for transit. Very small room and outdated. The hotel was allmost empty but we did not get any upgrade to a better room even though we arrived around 10PM. We asked for sleepers but the receptionist refused us. Breakfast was good and very nice served on a terrace near the swimming pool.

Wonderful hotel and friendly and helpful staff. The first appearance may look jaded on the outside, but inside is very clean, modern, and value for money. Just 20 mins to the city Centre, lovely pool area. Just miss a formal bar area.

Charming hotel. Great spa, swimming pools. Buffet breakfast was very good. Bar on premises very affordable. Shuttle service to the city and train station was excellent.

We booked a fortnight last 2 weeks of June (2 adults) and loved every minute of our stay. This is indeed a little gem. We were picked up at the airport (shuttle is free, you just have to ring to let them know you've arrived). The hotel is very close to the airport but this was never a problem. Very quick and friendly check in and our room was ready early. We were upgraded to a suite - no extra charge, which was a wonderful surprise and the room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and modern bath and shower. There was also a kettle (unusual for Italy) and a small fridge. Free bottles of water were provided daily. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect, lots of greenery and sun beds with free towels and the hotel spa was superb. We booked a couple of treatments (thanks to Marika and Maria), good price and thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely breakfast with everything you could want including freshly made pastries (yummy) and lunch and dinner was also available with some great dishes, all freshly prepared and reasonably priced. We were well looked after by Giovanna, Roberta, Pauliuo and Claudio :). The hotel also has its own cafe/deli so you could have drinks and snacks throughout the day. We loved every minute of our stay, so much so that we booked before we left to return in September with our family!

Nice hotel qith easy access to all the tip sites. Shower in room was quite cramped

The airport shuttle bus response time was very quick, although pick up and drop off were at a roundabout two minutes walk from the airport entrance. The hotel staff were all very friendly. English was spoken everywhere. The room was very clean but spartan period
