Rooms fairly small but made up for by wonderful garden area with seating giving views I over the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
Within easy walking distance of the main squares and a good car park. Friendly hosts too.
Pool also lovely and welcome after a hot afternoon in San Gimignano.

Great hotel just a short walk (uphill) to the middle of San Gimignano. Really friendly hosts, good breakfast and free parking which is a real luxury here. Would definitely stay again and wholeheartedly recommend it.

This was a week trip to Italy and one of our nights in wine country. This hotel was chosen for it's proximity to town - walking distance, price and the customer ratings on Expedia. The hotel has free parking and amazing views of the surrounding country side.

Hotel is about 1 km. away from the town not far but there is no sidewalk so you must be very careful of the traffic.
Considering good price it was worth a stay. Another big plus was a car park.
St. Gimignano is amazing place , not to be missed. Really unique.

Bus rides to the centre are few and far in betwen (every30 min). We got on the wrong bus ended up spending over an hour getting back to the hotel.
Breakfast buffet was a little crowded one coffe machine for all the guests.
Internet connection was useless

The family run hotel is pleasant and situated 500 metres to one of San Gimignano's gates. It is well situated to visit this historic city, while not having to worry about parking, and parking is an issue with this tourist spot. The WiFi and breakfast were good. The hotel staff are helpful in answering your questions (even thought all the staff do not speak English). The hotel does have a nice garden area and play area for children. There is a swiming pool but it was still closed for May. We would stay at this hotel again.
