Breakfast was included. The rooms were small but clean. The AC did not work well the rooms were warm with high 90 degrees weather.

This property has attached a restaurant with outside seating. It is lovely though the sound of ambulances startles you.

I was in a room on the ground floor that was not too pleasant as the only window was higher than my head. The terrace/garden was pleasant until the evening when very loud recorded music was played by a disk jockey. It is also interesting that my room had a kettle and a supply of tea but no coffee. I also found that the cupboard for hanging clothes was too small with too few hangers and that there was no place to put non hanging clothes. The room could use a small 4 drawer dresser and also a comfortable chair to sit in. I also found that of the almost 500 channels on the TV only one had any English and i didnt find any other languages ----- seems this is a hotel for italians only. The service in the terrace/garden during the day is very poor ---- you have to hunt for the staff. One more point, the attached fish restaurant is a bit to esoteric for non-Italians ---- perhas some salmon or dorade or cod could be added ---- or even stretch to a wee bit of meat rather than all "of the sea" The cost of the hotel is economic but it is just too far away from anything.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was terrific and breakfast very good. I would definitely recommend this place for future visits.

This property was exceptional, the staff was friendly and very helpful. One of the rooms was exceptionally small, so that was the only draw back.

The staff was amazing! They were super friendly and attentive. I love the restaurant in the hotel. The food was delicious and very reasonable. The location is not the best, but it is close to the train station and an Uber away from the city main.

The staff were professional, kind and prompt. The rooms are very nice, clean and completely well done. Would recommend. The location is not convenient for the major attractions but it's not horrible. The pricing and cleanliness makes up for it. Would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

It’s little far but I liked it if you are staying with kids

The cleanliness is extremely high. The room is comfortable and wonderful, and the services are very excellent. Honestly, I enjoyed this hotel. Its location is right next to the tram station, making it very convenient to get around.” It also has an amazing restaurant, and the breakfast will definitely be wonderful.” The only minor downside is that the elevator is small.”

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Villa Zaccardi with my family recently, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the incredible staff. From the moment we checked in, everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and friendly, making us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay. We requested an early check-in and they even upgraded our room at no cost. Whether we needed recommendations for local attractions the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel itself is immaculately clean—you can tell they take great pride in maintaining their space. Bank is just next to the hotel, convenient store, pizza place , pharmacy all around the corner. 7 minute walk to bus stop and $20 cab ride to city. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

We enjoyed staying here with our moms for Christmas. Very nice staff and great to have a restaurant on site. The rooms were comfy and the breakfast www great. We could easily get into Rome in 15-20 minutes in taxi. Our only suggestion would be to include conditioner in the bathroom.

It was a lovely stay for 2 nights. We went with 3 young children including a baby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a regular hotel I use when visiting Rome. They never disappoint. Friendly staff and good location on the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links. Would recommend.
