Parked in multi-storey behind/under hotel. Free and simple. Savona is a very busy place. We only stayed for a one night stopover. Staff on reception desk helpful and friendly, had upgraded us from a triple room to two adjoining rooms. Room clean and spacious. Tv took a while to connect too and work( it’s rather high tech) and I’m young!

Very friendly employees, good hotel and nice room. The breakfast is ok but I missed the fried eggs but you can still choose a lot to eat. Free parking in front of the hotel. We visited this hotel for the second time.

The room, bed, and bathroom were all clean and great. Plenty of space for 2. Breakfast was also great. It was as advertised. Rating is high because it is great value for the money.
The location is a little “industrial” but it is next to a mall, and McDonalds.
For our simple needs, it gets top rating.

No Air conditioning in room, very hot. Also had a small refrigerator that we put food in and loss the food due to no electrity while we were out. Also we had to open window for air and was kept awake till 2 am or later due to kids smoking and partying next door. And Managment really did not care, even when signs stating that smoking in building was a large fine . In the condition of hotel - this is not a Four Star Hotel! They need major improvements .

We had to leave same day and find another hotel because the room temperature was 28 celcius. Were told that the thermostat is set for the day and couldn’t be changed. The room they offered toovw is to was just as warm. We were promised a refund for the 3 nights we reserved but in the end only credited 2 nights. Do not recommend.

Enjoyed our stay here. Free parking. Shops and restaurants near by plus a McDonalds. Walkable to the beach.
Rooms were excellent and large. Modern layout and good tv options.

Poor air conditioning that is fixed that kept our room far too hot at 24-26°C which led to poor nights sleep. Also air extraction was poor in bathroom which was humid and too hot with lots of condensation on mirror/walls. Only provided 1 large bath towel with 1 smaller one for 2 adults and 1 child. Not what you would expect from a 4* right?
