Maya Beach Resort

Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else.

Nice property with a beautiful sea-facing view. The breakfast was good. However, the housekeeping of the rooms needs improvement

The resort is beautiful and the staff are lovely,Shout out to Sara at reception and Roberto in the restaurant, however April is too low of a season that you cannot fully enjoy the amenities they have. Cold pool, music was the same and not big variety on the menu - lunch and dinner is the same each day. I can imagine how lovely it will be in the summer.

Wonderful experience here. The staff was very accommodating and treated us as special guests and made our stay very romantic.

Good food

The location of this place is unmatchable. We will be back despite some issues with our stay because it's simply stunning. The beach club staff was excellent, Emmanuelle was on top of our orders and always close by to get us drinks and food. My complaint is about the hotel and house keeping staff and some issues we had here: 1) We had a real metal key because they could not get their digital keys to work. Kind of a pain to carry around, and then we only had 1, which is hard when you have two people staying in the same room. 2) the first day our shower flooded the whole room! We came to find out that they were doing maintenance on their sewer tank but nobody warned us not to shower or that it would back up into the room. 3) They hold raves on Saturday and Sunday night. The beach club is filled with hundreds of people and the thumping music goes until 2 am. If you were hoping to go to bed early, that's not going to happen over the weekend. 4) We will be renting a car next time we come. The shuttle is not dependable, and you're trapped at the resort without them. The taxis know this and rip you off so badly. We probably spent $1300 euros in taxis just to get around. 5) The housekeeping staff removed a personal item from our room that nobody seemed to know where to find on the morning of our departure. When they finally found, they expected me to pay for shipping even though I did not leave it behind on purpose. The hotel ignore my messages on What'sApp about it

My stay at the Maya Beach Resort in Sorrento was the icing on a much needed vacation. From the views, to the amenities, food and staff - FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!! Roberto, Cami and Andrea were amazing and made me feel right at home. I will be back!

The resort is undoubtedly nice, but it leaves alot to be desired when it comes to the rooms.

Besides this being an incredibly beautiful resort, the staff is amazing. I felt they really enjoyed our company and treated us all (4 adults) like they would a family member. I highly recommend this resort for its beauty and the wonderful staff!

All details are perfect. The setting, the views, the rooms, the breakfast (superb) and the staff outfit was perfect. Without a car, can be challenging, since one of the days we had to rely on the personal cars of the staff, since the shuttle was not available.

Nice place to stay I fully recommend

The resort was great the staff was friendly! The Saturday night party was WOW! Just as other reviewers have mentioned! Ours was the end of the year celebration and ended around 7:00! It did not disturb our sleep but you knew it was happening! Breakfast was great the service was great! The hotel is clean and the waters are amazing!
