The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - noon. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

The property will be renovating from May 1 2025 to May 1 2026 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

• Exterior
• Front desk
• Hallway
• Lobby

During renovations, the affittacamere will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.
