Moxy Pompeii

The hotel is great. It is new, clean, and well designed. The real highlight is the staff. They are amazingly charming, helpful, and sweet. Such a wonderful find in Pompeii!

Was a great choice clean quiet and good size bed my Netflix worked shower was great hotel is connected with the Moxy mall witch is new as well with many differ ent restaurants to choose from and tabaco store you need a car to get around and you will save you need a gps device everything is a under 40 minutes away airport 20 minutes

Breakfast on one day was chaotic with not enough staff. Glazed window in bedroom let in far too much noise. The window seal seemed to be missing, not just on our room! We had to move to other side of hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was good.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The air conditioning and lights didn’t work on the first night, there was no phone in the room to contact reception, and several times there was no hot water. Breakfast was poor, with little variety. Food often ran out and staff didn’t bother to refill it regularly. One day there wasn’t even cutlery available. The coffee machine was broken, and the lady serving breakfast was extremely rude ( she kept interrupting us in a very unprofessional way and even shouting us things like “this is the last cappuccino you can have.”) The staff in general were unfriendly. At reception, one lady ignored us completely (no greeting or eye contact) and we had to wait until another staff member came to help. The only positive was that the room was clean, and housekeeping came every day. Overall, we were very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

Great place but distance to other cities is too far.

Loved this property for many reasons. 24 hour friendly and helpful staff. Easy and free parking, fantastic location, easy 15min walk to the Pompeii ruins, hotel is connected to a huge shopping mall with lots of shops, and located 50 feet from an amazing food court with lots of breakfast, lunch and Dinner options. Mall and food court are open late. Court area has an amazing water fountain that does light and fountain shows every hour. Honestly best place to stay in Pompeii

Excellent hotel and staff but terrible breakfast which is also unreasonably expensive at €15 a person for dire luke warm coffee (when the machine works - had to be rebooted twice) and stale bread (presumably because so few people take breakfast there). Eggs are powder scramble. We were upsold on booking in - fool’s error. Avoid.

We booked this as it was really affordable and close to Pompeii, which we would be visiting the next day. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable, clean and well thought out rooms and facilities along with great shower pressure! A 1 minute walk from a brand new Maximall which housed great shops and a plethora of restaurants to choose from, plus a fountain show if you catch it at the right time. The breakfast selection was enough to keep our children happy until lunchtime, although needed refilling by 9am.

Brand new hotel next to a huge mall. The room was hot and the AC did not kick in, so we asked the receptionist and he activated our AC. It worked perfectly after that. Bartender is super friendly.

The room was very hot. The air conditioning took 2 hours to bring the temperature to 26.8c (80f). There was no hot water either. I complained but just got excuses that this was an environmentally friendly hotel and that the air starts working when we enter the room. 3 hours later it was at 74f Then we went to dinner. Came back at 10pm and the room was at 80f again. They would not change me to another room even though they were available.

The hotel is new, clean and beside a great mall. However, the ac barely worked and there was no hot water. I’d recommend this hotel but they need to fix some of the basics.

A brand new hotel just 1km from the Pompeii Archaeological site, with a very large and new shopping centre next door. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was worth the cost.

Excellent hotel next to the shopping mall. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Hotel neuf, très propre et staff disponible. En revanche pas d'eau chaude, froid dans la chambre car la température est bloquée, petit dejeuner sommaire et hôtel un peu excentré. Ok il y a un centre commercial au pied mais c'est bruyant et des restaurants bas de gamme. Décevant.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal war hilfsbereit. Wir hatten jedoch ständig Probleme mit unserer Klimaanlage im Zimmer, da man sie nicht manuell anhand der Schalter im Zimmer einstellen konnte und es entweder zu warm oder zu kalt wurde. Das Personal konnte uns helfen aber wir mussten jeden Abend anrufen und dies erneut reklamieren, damit sie es im System anpassen. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und dementsprechend alles gut erhalten. Die Umgebung ist sehr unpassend. Die Häuser bzw. das Dorf sieht sehr herabgekommen aus. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und sind nur durchgefahren aber als eine Frau würde ich nicht abends dort rumlaufen wollen. Falls man also, wie wir, nur zum Schlafen das Hotel benutzen möchte, um die umliegenden Städte zu sehen, dann passt alles und man fühlt sich im Hotel wohl

Een mooi nieuw hotel. Kamers waren schoon en alles zag er netjes uit. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Nadeel te weinig hangers om je kleding te hangen. Het ontbijt was goed maar niet uitgebreid. Het is een goede uitval basis om de Amalfikust te bezoeken. Raadzaam is wel om een auto te hebben, want in de buurt is weinig te beleven. Gelukkig zit er naast het hotel een grote shopping-mall, waar je leuk kunt winkelen en voldoende eetgelegenheden hebt.

We had a great stay at Moxy Hotel Pompeii! After long days of touring the historic sites, it was always a pleasure to return to a clean and comfortable room—housekeeping did a wonderful job every day. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed, which made the experience even better. One of the highlights of staying here is the convenient mall extension located just outside the door—perfect for shopping, quick bites, or simply relaxing after a day out. The only downside was the continental breakfast. While it had some good items like eggs, bacon, pancakes, and a variety of cereals, the selection of fresh fruits was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. On the plus side, the coffee machines were excellent, and there was always something warm and satisfying to start the day. Overall, a great hotel in a fantastic location with lovely staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
