way overpriced for what it offered. not a 5 start hotel

It’s not 5 star. It’s like holiday inn. Not as describe . You can’t see coliseum at all. Good location for people who likes to use bus station

I booked a premium room for 2 nights. However, I was assigned an accessible room. I told the receptionist that this was not the room I booked and requested for a room change to normal room. The reception staff rejected my request and told me it was fully booked for my room category, he cannot support on room change to normal room. I am very disappointed, the offer he said he was advised if there was any no show ( that was 23:30) but he told me may be till 1:30am, however, no any update for the whole night. He also asked me to move hotel at around that midnight. I feel he didn’t supportive, helpful or willing to provide assistance. He didn’t show any real understanding and finding solution to help but only made me feeling more difficult and depressed at that time. The room rate is expensive, the room standard, the service are not up to that standard. Is it a 5 star hotel standard of NH Collection? When I reached out to the receptionist again on the second day, they support to change the room to normal one. In fact, I only stayed 2 nights and half of the trip was mis-assigned to a non normal room and upset by the staff which was really impacted my stay and ruin our holiday in Rome. Not recommended this hotel.

Went to the roof top Bar after dinner and enjoyed an amazing view. Had a wonderful espresso martini. But in the morning at check out I was charged for 2 drinks. No problem removing the extra charge but had to ask. Very expensive compared to everything else in Rome. This hotel is so close to the train station. Very easy for getting to the airport.

We stayed 7 nights at NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. We did have a small issue with the AC, as we prefer a cooler room, but the staff was very accommodating and promptly moved us to a room better suited to our needs. Location is excellent with very easy access to metro, bus and taxi, which made getting around the city very convenient. This was a late anniversary trip, and the thoughtful surprise of chocolates and prosecco with a card was a lovely touch. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the service was attentive and welcoming. Overall, a great stay with warm service.

Great hotel

Great great great location!!!! The train station is literally around the corner. You can take the metro is the speed trains from around the corner. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable for 2 people. Around the corner are restaurants and cafes. You can walk to a lot of places or jump in a train and be anywhere you want. Loved it.

Very close to Termini railway station. So easy to go to the airport. Very nice breakfast.
