Principe Marmolada

Hello . Very old hotel, must renovate. Room not clean. Every day is a same food

Staff were engaging and cheerful. They were pleased to have guests from usa. Family oriented resort. Very simple accommodation. Very good food with choices that were adequate for my vegetarian diet. Coffee in dining room not so good. Only buffet service.

Excellent food at dinner - so good we almost stayed one more night. Great staff. The place is a little dated and it appears the corporate owners are minimizing their investment. Pool and hot tubs are always crowded, so the 27 euro for the spa (sauna/steam room/aromatic shower/ice) kept it from being crowded. That said, it should be mentioned in the hotels.com fine print or description of the property (we were forewarned by other reviews). Wi-fi didn't work (even in the lobby) and it seemed like the staff was well rehearsed at weak excuses about what was probably another cost cutting measure. Skiing at Marmolada is marginal - windy and in the shade - good for on-piste skiers, but the wind destroys the lift-accessible off-piste pretty quickly and it hadn't snowed for a few days when we were there. Checked the block - probably wouldn't make another trip just for Marmolada - but great views from the highest point in the Dolomites.

staff gentile, camera carina e pulita, colazione e cena a buffet di bassa qualita', spa e relax room chiuso

Tutto più o meno okay, a parte che al mattino già alle 7:30 le signore delle pulizie disturbavano parlando ad alta voce

Preis-Leistung war ok, aber das Personal war ziemlich überfordert. Sie wirkten nicht sehr kompedent, eher ungeschult. Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und solte dringend renoviert werden.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoretto,personale gentile e premuroso con tanta buona volontà.

Soggiorno splendido... Personale simpatico e competente ..si mangia benissimo e tanto!... Pulito ordinato e comodo..un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente

Location meravigliosa ai piedi della Marmolada

Ottima posizione vicino agli impianti Marmolada. Colazione e cena abbondanti di qualità buona Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Tutto nella normalità, locale da sistemare e personale accogliente

Passi la struttura fatiscente che sa di decadenza,ma la mancanza di pulizia sia nei luoghi comuni come l ascensore che in camera e bagno non possono che farmi esprimere giusizio negativo.

Abbiamo prenotato per 5 , famiglia numerosa ,per le festività natalizie , sottolineando al momento della prenotazione che un membro della famiglia era vegano . Loro rassicurandoci hanno detto che non c’era nessun problema....Arrivati al24 pomeriggio la stanza grandissima è molto accogliente molto caldo e bellissimo ambiente poi però arriviamo alla cena ....buffet ricco i piatti serviti non male peccato che per i vegani niente abbiamo chiesto alle cameriere che sono andate dal cuoco e al loro ritorno ci sentiamo chiedere se avessimo un’idea da dare per preparare!!!!!!!!!E tu mi chiedi durante la cena cosa puoi preparare ???????? Alla fine riso bianco scondito verdure bollite buttate a casaccio sul piatto BELLA CENA DI NATALE e ho pagato come gli altri e così tutto il soggiorno a colazione nemmeno una bevanda vegetale .......In più al mattino abbiamo scoperto che le piste per principianti vicino all’albergo erano state chiuse senza che la valtur ci avesse avvertito abbiamo dovuto prendere l’autobus per andare sulle piste ,a nostre spese, a 10km da noi sicuramente l’avessimo saputo non avremmo prenotato li ,quindi penso non ci torneremo e tanto meno lo consiglieremo a qualcuno !!!!!

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem merkt man dass rundum immer wieder saniert und verschöndert worden ist, Zimmer waren ganz ok , Personal sehr nett, der angebotene Fitnessbereich war nicht vorhanden.

Struttura confortevole e comoda per la posizione davanti agli impianti di risalita! Ottimo e abbondante il cibo,pulizia impeccabile buoni i servizi...unica pecca la wifi che prende (poco)solo nel hall!

חשוב לציין שזה מלון ולא כפר דוגמת קלאב מד. אוכל בינוני וריהוט מיושן. צוות האוכל והקבלה מאוד חביבים ומתאמצים. אם באתם לגשלוש אז הגישה לאתר הסקי לא מתאימה לגולשים מתחילים. חשוב לציין - אין אינטרנט בחדרים. חשוב לציין - יש אפשרות לחצי פנסיון (ורצוי).
