A very convenient stay for our quick stay in Milan. We wanted to stay close to the central station as we would only be there for a short time with early train departures to follow, and Residence De La Gare was perfect for this! It was only a short walk to and from the station with a very secure and safe location. The lady who greeted us was very kind and made check in and check out seamless. The room was quite large with more than enough space and amenities for the two of us! They also had free umbrellas to borrow which was perfect considering the rain we had in May. It was super easy for us to find places to eat around the location, as well as metro to the city centre from the Central station there and back. Overall a great stay!

If you are looking for an apartment or hotel near Milano Centrale (train station) I highly recommend this property.
The pre-visit was excellent. Very clear instructions for how to check in and check out. The office is staffed during the day. A key fob is provided to you which operates the outside front door inside front door and the door to your apartment.
There is an elevator on property if you need it. We were on the first floor (one off the ground) and did not use it.
The apartment was described well. It was very clean. The bedroom was a good size and included a desk and storage areas. The bed was a king size, but could have been two singles. It was comfortable as we're the pillows. There are extra pillows if needed. The comforter was perfect as well.
The bathroom was a good size. The shower had strong water pressure and the hot water was instant and did not run out.
There is both a toilet and duvet. Both worked well. The sink included enough space for toiletries for two people. Shampoo/body was provided as was conditioner. There were also extra bath and hand towels.
The living room was excellent as well. There were six seats at a table and a very comfortable couch with a movable footstool. An efficiency kitchen was well stocked with basic plates, silverware and cooking items. A full-size refrigerator was also available.
We would absolutely book there again. Definitely a good bargain with a dedicated housekeeping and management team!

So lovely to have so much space, Fabrizio was great, super helpful despite our Late arrival.
You’ll not want for anything in the apartment, even a microwave/grill which was very useful. It’s so close to the Centrale Station making everything super accessible.
Only comment was that we found the bed a little hard.

Very clean efficiency room, conveniently located within a block of the train station. Fabrizio explained how everything worked wonderfully. Within an easy Uber ride to any of Milan’s attractions such as the Duomo or any of the excellent restaurants.

Great communication from Fabrioza and clear concise instructions regarding late arrival and entering the building.
Lovely and warm, clean and comfortable. A little noisy early on Friday morning. Sounded like construction work but much quieter for the next two days. Would be nice if the tv had a Netflix or Prime app so that you can connect to watch a movie. Could only use YouTube.
Overall a great location, near to metro and central station. Lovely area with no problems arriving after 11pm. Felt safe.

I read reviews about the bottom floor being noisy. It's in the middle of a city and a bus stop outside with people waiting. So to be expected. Italian first responders also love their sirens.
We selected the top floor unit for a few $ more. We were greeted at reception by a lovely man who showed us to our rooms, helped with the bags, and showed us how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble including replacing the tv remote batteries. They spoke good english even though we tried our poor italian on them. Kitchen had coffee and that's all we needed to start our day.

The place was in very good condition and was very safe. Room has high ceiling and feels airy, with many amenities such as small kitchen with fridge and the best part for us is there is free laundry equipment (washer and dryer) in the basement. We had a great stay.
