Royalton Negril, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

I booked this reservation for my daughter and I want to say a wonderful thank you for Tameika from reservations. Not to mention Talecia from Guest Services with her exceptional customer service, she went above and beyond to make sure this was an extraordinary experience for my daughters 18th birthday. She was there with me every step of the way thank you so much Royalton team and I will definitely be sending alot more people your way

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel looks just like the pictures—beautiful, clean, and well-kept. But what truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome from start to finish. It was a great stay overall, and I genuinely appreciated the service.

We loved everything about Royalton Negril. The beach was breathtaking and the Diamond Club swim out room was amazing!!

What was unique about this property, was their accommodations for people with disabilities. My aunt was able to utilize the beach because of their floatable lawn chair. This was my first time seeing one, and I was quite impressed. This chair makes it possible for her to enjoy the beach. Also, the golf car was available each time she needed to leave her room to go another section of the property. Without these two mode of transportations, she would been stationary.. Thank you Royalton for making her stay enjoyable.

The hotel is beautiful and it has a lot of potential. However, the service is HORRIBLE! when we checked in and went to the pool they told us they ran out of towels then we tried to get food from the jerk hut and they wouldn’t service because they were closing in 20 minutes . I spoke to the supervisor Odette and she did nothing! She pretty much said the towels are first come first serve so if you go there you need to wake up early to hunt for the towels. They seemed to be short staff. The room next to us ordered room service and on my second day the plates were still outside the room. There were no reservations available for the restaurants - because I had the room decorated I had an ambassador who squeezed me in to one of the restaurants. Overall this place is beautiful but their staff have no urgency. I will never go back there!

We didnt book Diamond club maybe pay extra and you’ll have a better experience? Try making a restaurant reso at midnight No need to wake up early to grab loungers. Keep beach towels from previous day if you want to hold loungers Water bottles only available at cafe Shoutout to Omar at Italian restaurant - he put in the effort to make sure our 2.5 year old had his food served right away

The food was terrible and the service was just ridiculous.

While on vacation, I am on relaxing mode and I am not a complainer, but the AC inside the unit was just fresh, not close to cool.

If you care about your money stay out of this propierty. Read all the bad reviews all of them are true. I stay with them for 5 days... Thinking o this propierty over all have good reviews and some bad one but belive me read thouse bad one is where the truth is at. Very desapointed over all with my stay even the AC wasnt good and service non existence. They even want charge you 50 dollars for a 15 min drive. I would recomend going to Punta Cana is way way better.

We (6 people) went in for an overnight stay, so honestly in all fairness I can only honestly give a review on the food and staff. The staff was very welcoming especially, Chantel the Expedia ambassador. Despite not busy at the reception desk, we were seated and given a welcoming drink, and the representatives came over and checked us in. Then we were taken downstairs to the buffet for lunch of which there were many different dishes to choose from. We had to wait awhile for our room to be ready but our group was quite happy to wait as Chantel made us feel at home. I would definitely return for a longer stay. Good job Royalston Negril, staff well trained.
