チェックイン時に荷物がたくさんあり、部屋まで一緒に運んでくれて、宅配の預かりや、スーツケースの預かりも受けてくれました。
丁寧に対応してくれて、本当にお世話になりました。交通のアクセスも羽田空港から一本で、周りの環境もとてもよかったです。
また帰国時に利用したいです！

他の方のレビューを見て正直不安でした。テレビ冷蔵庫エアコンドライヤー食器バスタオルあります。エアコンの匂いも気にならなかったです！駅 スーパー コンビニ カフェ 飲食店近くにたくさんあります。スタッフの方はチェックインの際などお会いしていませんがメッセージでやりとりできるのですぐに連絡できて対応して頂けるのでわざわざロビーに行く手間が省けてありがたかったです。ベランダもとても綺麗で朝からベランダでコーヒーを飲んでゆっくり過ごしました！ここは場所的にも東京のいろんな所に行けたので安いし今度から東京行くなら絶対ここです！素敵な旅ができました。ありがとうございました！

部屋に上がるまでの階段は建物が古いので少しボロく感じますが室内は本当に素敵なホテルでした！対応もいいです！トイレとお風呂が別なのもありがたい！ベットも綺麗でした！布団の匂いも気にならないです！ハンガーなどもあって夜洗濯できたのも助かりました。

I got a very big room with 4 beds, fits for family. But the room is on the top higest level. The lift only to 6th floor. But still no problem, because the person at hotel helpful to bring our heavy lugguage to upstair. They have a laundy also at basement. For longstay very recommend!
