The area isnt very convenient for most things in Tokyo. The room was tiny. The restaurant didn't have a great selection. The lifts were slow to arrive so give yourself plenty of time.
The room was clean & the bed comfortable.
The staff were mostly helpful.

Very convenient and clean hotel to stay at. Loved the 24/7 Lawson inside hotel (great last minute shopping), housekeeping was generous, late-night onsen was so nice to use after long days. The laundry room and elevators were very crowded sometimes. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was close to trains, delicious restaurants, grocery and pharmacy stores. Would highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Tokyo for the first time!

This property was not our favourite as it was felt overly congested, plus had tiny rooms and bathrooms. The mandatory automated check-in system was cumbersome and stressful for our group so in the end we politely insisted on using the check-in desk. Elevator queues were often long, requiring us to always allow extra time, plus ride up and down to other floors just to secure a spot! We were happy to use the stairs but were told they are alarmed and off-limits for guest use except in emergencies. There is a convenience store in the hotel which was useful. For us, this hotel was not the best fit but the location was good if visiting the Hokusai Museum or taking riverside walks, and, of course, visiting the National Sumo Arena next door!

Clean room, was as expected that it was a bit compact but efficient with living space, you’d place your luggage underneath the bed. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the hotel, just basically slept and showered, we were on the go everyday. Although doing laundry was horrid, no washer or dryer open, you’d have to either wake up earlier in the morning or wear the same dirty clothes.

Very close to Ryogoku JR and Tohei stations. Best APA experience of our entire trip. Room was compact as expected but had just enough room for us. -1 Star for the fitness facility, a bit old and also unventilated which wasn’t the best combination.
