Between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., the elevator is usually full because people are checking out, since this building has only one elevator.

They cleaned the place every few days (new clean towels almost daily), were able to understand some English, and were overall very kind. Will be using APA again. The bath was always hot and the shower a great level of water pressure. Also rooms have fast/free WiFi. There is also coin laundry on the 1st floor. It is less than a block from the subway (2 different entry gates), and a few blocks away from JR Yamanote Line (about a 15-20 minute walk). The prices for each night were very reasonable too. Near the JR line and Okachimachi station, some amazing food and restaurants. Also never heard my neighbors in the rooms next to mine. Each room also has free VOD with a ton of shows/movies.
Excited for my next visit.

First time in Japan and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were sweet and respectful and helped me with the few questions I had. Cleaning was very nice and they always made sure I had fresh towels and toiletries. The downside is you can hear the people in the lobby too clearly. At one point a group of 4 (2m/2f) decided to camp outside the door and discuss their itinerary. They were fully leaning and surrounding against my door and when I told them my son was sleeping inside they were rude and said “yeah we’re almost done”. I didn’t report it to the front desk because I was just so happy to be in Japan but unfortunately their loud voices carried.

They only had one elevator so at check out time, you will need to wait more than 10 minutes to use it. But the hotel is ok for short stays.

Overall I enjoyed our stay in this APA hotel. This hotel did not have an onsen which was disappointing. I did like having the Shin Okachimachi station very close which made it more accessible to get into the train system.

My second time to stay in APA hotel, the first one was in different location. I highly recommend the hotel, the only complain I have is the elevator, only one elevator in this location, and you really have to wait because the elevator will go up all the way before going down again, the only problem is that when its full, you have to wait again,
Other than elevator, all is well and will stay again but will try different location.

Check in was robotic. Not flexible with check-out even if you arrive late. Check our time too early at 10am. Not acknowledgable about surrounding. Did not highlight breakfast last order at 0930 even thou mentioned on breakfast paper. Will not give you even a cup of coffee after 0930 even thou room inclusive of breakfast.

The receptionist knew English and tried his best to help me with my check in, he was very kind and understanding.
Rooms were clean, I liked having the TV right in front of my bed. Bath was good, they leave new towels outside your room everyday.
I would definitely stay here again, it was a good price and I enjoyed my stay!
