Great location, near Dotonbori, shopping center, many restaurants. The room is clean, the TV has many selections of movies, and information is also provided from the TV. Easy and fast check-in and check-out, the staff is friendly.

You can't beat the location of this property. 5 min. walk to Dotonbori and near shopping and Metro. Lots of option to where to eat. We will definitely miss Osaka.

The location was good and accessible to the active life of Osaka but still quiet. The only issue I had with my room was the condition of the carpet. It was torn and needs to be replaced. Staff was pleasant and helpful when needed.

15 floors with only two elevator only thing I complain about. They are small and take awhile to get on. But everything else was great so if you can overlook the elevator situation I would definitely say go here.

everything was relatively okay with a major downside that the mattress was so thin i could feel the bed frame so i hardly slept well. managed to survive for three nights but can’t imagine any longer

Location is great for first time visitors. Dotonbori is right outside your door and you’re by the river. The station, activities, restaurants are within a few minutes walking distance. Sign up for the sushi making class immediately outside of the hotel driveway.

We loved everything about the hotel The location is perfect! A 3 min walk and you’re at the river. There’s so much going on in the area, it’s super fun! The rooms are small but we were very happy with everything. I would definitely book here again!

The room has no air filter, it’s stuffy, so much dust blowing from the air conditioner on the ceiling wall. It’s hard to breath without the air conditioner turn off. The bathroom shower head was poorly designed as you switched the converter to the shower the handle splashes water pouring over the floor. The curtain did not wrap the tub to prevent water from spilling as the shower when turn on hit the wall causing water to spill onto bathroom floor. But the staff are pretty attentive and easy to work with it’s the amenity and the facility that has no filter and it was hard to breathe. The bed was hard, and so are the pillows. Unless you don’t mind sleeping in hard beds where you can feel the metal bed frame then it’s fine.

Room was pretty clean, some of the staff spoke English, air conditioning worked perfect, great location near subway station and night life yet quiet at night. Hair dryer was getting hot during use and would barely blow air, noticed it was extremely clogged so I had to clean it with a toothbrush so air would flow out, only after that it worked perfectly. Parking was confusing, ask staff to show you the entrance to the parking entrance, it was very difficult and frustrating to find it. FYI parking needs to be paid in cash.

Room was tiny, dinky. Everything looked run down Tv was right middle of room protruding out. We hit our heads numberous times. Staff are very nice. Helpful polite. We had to ask for the cups everyday as non was provided by hotel. Good location. Expedia gave us tge wrong address and again we had to carry our luggage around looking for the correct Apa.
