We were lucky enough to get a glimpse of a fox in front of our room window view. The food (dinner = Italian, breakfast = Japanese) amazed us, and the staff's generosity was splendid. In short, we had a memorable stay here and will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Spacious room for Japan, everything needed is there, connected to Sapporo or Odori station via underground. Very pleasant. We got a room with a view of the hotel garden and there is a small pool. The window can be opened. The bed is comfortable and big enough for two. The staff is very friendly. The price is cheap for the size of the room and the facilities. The best. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel.

The hotel is in a very strategic location at Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The room is comfortable and clean, and it is cleaned every day. The location is very close to the subway, and the hotel can be accessed through Poletown (the underground mall), which makes it easy to avoid the cold weather outside and is very convenient when carrying luggage. We also received Knot Coin that can be exchanged for drinks or snacks at the lounge

The location here is just 5 minutes of walking from Sapporo station (via North Exit). The staff were really friendly and accommodating. I truly recommend you visit and stay here while you're in Sapporo. It's worth trying during Winter.
