甲府駅バスターミナルから路線バスで１０分弱、北中入口下車徒歩数分。土日でもまあまあの本数があります。チェックイン時のウェルカムドリンクはアルコールもあり、ハイボールをいただきました。スタッフが丁寧に対応してくださいました。翌朝７時のバスに乗るため、朝一で朝食をいただきましたが、焼き立ての卵焼きとあさりの味噌汁は最高においしかったです。設備も新しく客室も綺麗でした。

甲府駅からバスで北中（きたちゅう）入口まで8分、220円。
駅中心からは離れており、鉄道利用の場合は決して交通の便は良くないものの、
スタッフさんがフレンドリーでとても気持ちよく使わせて頂くことができました。
また部屋も清潔できれいでした。
甲府へおじゃまするときはまた使わせて頂きます。

チェックイン前の荷物預けの点のみ、少し安全性が不安かなと思いましたが、特にトラブルなくりようすることができました。
チェックインチェックアウトも簡単で、アメニティも充実しており、ウェルカムドリンクなどのサービスもあって嬉しかったです。

スタッフが親切です。畳部屋でしたが過ごしやすくて快適でした。朝食が美味しかったです。チヂミやおはぎがあって嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。飲食の店舗も多く、目の前にコインランドリー、近くに地元の温泉があり助かりました。

たいていのビジネスホテルは、部屋が狭いためエアコンがベッド側、寝てる時に風が当たるところに付いています。
ここは、ベッドの足元の通路側にあり、寝ている時に風が当たりません。
クーラー苦手な私にはほんとーーーに有り難かった！
あと、コンパクトながら設備も充実していて便利なお宿でした。
が、取り外せないドライヤーだけはいただけませんでした、髪乾かすのめちゃくちゃ疲れます。
備品盗っていく宿泊者もいるでしょうから分からなくもないけど…
朝ご飯は無料とは思えないくらいのクオリティでした！

チェックイン時の、ウェルカムドリンクが、コーヒーだけでなく、お酒の種類もあり、選ぶ事が出来たのが、良かったです。
朝食は、全体に美味しくて良かったです。
少し残念だったのが、換気扇の音が少し耳障りだった事です。
