The rooms are small but that is expected as most are in Japan however, I could barely fit in the bathroom. The walls and headboard had stains all over. Looked and felt very unclean.

It quite close to both JR and Keisei Narita stations, bus and taxi services.
It is also quite close to Narita's traditional shopping area and Shinshoji Temple.
