フロントスタッフさんが丁寧で、ライブラリーカフェも大変使いやすく快適に滞在出来ました。フロントスタッフさんだけでなく、清掃のスタッフさんも感じ良く挨拶して下さいました。朝食の終了時間ギリギリに会場に入ったのですが、「追加のパンをお持ちしますね」と新しいパンを持ってきてくださり、「ごゆっくりお召し上がりください」とお気遣い頂いたのが嬉しかったです。また燕三条に来る時は利用したいと思います。

駅からのアクセスも良いわりに駐車場も広く、非常に快適に過ごせた。
ホテルの一階に居酒屋があり、またすぐ近くに別の人気居酒屋やお菓子屋がある。

ドリンクバーが設置されているのは良いポイント。
設備も特に問題ないので、普通に快適に過ごせます。
ただ、周りにお店が殆ど無い方のエリアなので、何か食べるには駅の反対側に行く必要があります。

1泊でお世話になりました。客室のスペースやベッドのサイズは想定内でしたので、許容範囲です。スーツケースやキャリーバッグを持ち込むにはやや手狭かと思います。朝食がドリンクを含めて充実していたのは嬉しい限りで、スタッフの方々がこまめに補充して下さるので品薄感もありませんでした。今回は急遽、旅程を組んだので希望の広さの客室は既に完売でしたが、次回、早めに予定が決まれば広めのお部屋が空いているうちに予約を試みようと思います。

츠바메산조에서는 가장 깨끗한 호텔로 보임. 역에서 가깝고 1층에 이자카야도 있고 편의점도 가깝고 ... 대부분 출장으로 오기에 불편한 것은 별로 없음

ユニットバスがやや手狭かなと思いました。
何度もトイレットペーパーホルダーにうっかりぶつかり、壊してしまいそうでヒヤヒヤしました。
子供2人と私の3人で泊まりましたが、1人は低学年で添い寝だったせいか、人数にはカウントされていなく、スリッパは2人分、タオルも2人分、と、なんだか少し残念でした。
朝食のバイキングはメニューが充実していて美味しかったです。
子連れではなく、友人や大人同士、1人での宿泊が向いてるホテルだと思いました。

ただ、タオルの臭いが気になったのと朝食がもう少し良ければ満点だと思いました。
