Staff was great. No kitchen amenities like dish soap or towels. The clothes dryers kept erring for filters being dirty but they were clean.

Very lovely place of stay superb the front staff and management are very welcoming and wonderful. Will recommend and come back again.

Very nice apartment-like accomodations. Very clean, nice ammenities like washer/dryer, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. The manager was very helpful and communicated with us easily. A few restaurants nearby that you can walk to, and American Village is pretty close.

Very quiet neighborhood with options close by. Traffic is way less than on this side of Highway 58, but most places are walkable. Good value.

Kitchen has a hot plate, tea kettle and good-sized fridge with freezer; 12. Available front desk support via WhatsApp; 13. Free same day luggage storage after check-out or before check-in time. CONS: 1. No daily bottled water provided in room; 2. Early check-out time (10am) with an added hourly fee (JPY 1,300) for a late check out; 3. Fee to rent plate/utensils for your stay; 4. Toilet bowl size is regular (not elongated); 5. No chairs in lobby to sit.

Everything I would want out of a hotel: clean, quiet, excellent service, good location. I have no complaints.

Place was awesome. Owner let me check-in even when my payment wasn't going through. He refunded me back for my unused parking days, even though I told me him he didn't have to. Quick and easy access to a lot of restaurants around. Really good place if you want something simple and inexpensive.

Cheaper than a hotel, but just as nice. Very fast internet, quiet, easy to find, great customer service. I flew in late and got there at midnight and had zero issues. I will definitely stay here again.

Property owner was very polite and made sure I had a good stay. The room was very clean and I thought it was spacious. There’s a family mart within walking distance as well as the America Village. Just what I needed! Thank you! ありがとうございます！

Overall it was a great stay, I spent 8 days with my girlfriend there. It’s meant for couples or no more than 2-3 people. That staff were very friendly and always asking if I needed anything. I will definitely give it another visit whenever I’m near Chatan.

Very best place to stay. Everything you want are in your room. Just have to pay for parking 1000 yen/night.

The staff is friendly and guide us all the instructions on day 1. There is no room service until check out.

The location in Chatan is excellent if you do not want to stay on the beach side of highway 58. There are restaurants, covalence stores and a food market within a short walking distance. One of the best Chinese restaurants on Okinawa is a short 50 yard walk. The owner was available everyday and made every effort to greet the quest. We had a group of 10 and all had no problems. My only suggestions was to place a chest of drawers or some piece of furniture to unpack your clothing if you have an extended stay as we did of two weeks. I will stay at the Comfort Plus during my next trip and hope the owner understood how important it would be to have a small chest of drawers.
