Very very welcoming staff! Clean and comfortable with a nice bathtub and private bathroom.
Good location, super close to train station but not so close to dontonbori.

It was hidden spot. I could get the four star hotel service and bed with 1/3 price.
There are laundry machines and the fast wifi connection. If room is ready you may check in earlier 1000yen/hour.

The staff speaks English and is very polite. Rooms are small, but cozy. All the amenities are there. If you don't want your room cleaned, there's a button by the door that lights up outside to notify the staff. Very convenient!

We stayed 9 nights there. Very convenient location. Have department store and 2 supetmarkets nearby. Donki shop also a few minutes walk.
Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful.

Great service and a beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely helpful when we needed to make a dinner reservation at one of their recommended restaurants in the area. The room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed trying all the options. The only downside was that the bed and massage chair were both very firm and not comfortable.

Have been at this hotel 2 previous times and the stays have been in generally quite pleasing.
This time around, there were some issues as it seems that the hotel may have lowered the quality of some of the amenities, in which I felt could be improved. e.g. quality of toilet amenities, no complementary drinking water, and disposable indoor shoes
There might be some issues with other vacationers as it seems to be quite popular with foreign tourists, who may be a little rowdy. This time we were in the same floor with an Indian school trip school trip, and many of the kids were quite rowdy, loud, and knocking on doors quite throughout the night, which was annoying. This is not the fault of the hotel, but just an issue we have faced the last time around.
