We had a good experience at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel overall! The location is excellent, surrounded by several major train stations—about 4 within walking distance—which made exploring Tokyo super convenient. The area is vibrant and safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions.
The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. However, it's important to note that the room was a bit small, especially for families. The listing mentioned that kids stay free, which is great, but the room only had two twin beds and did not accommodate a third bed, which made the space feel tight for all of us.
Still, if you're a solo traveler or a couple looking for a great location in Tokyo, this is a solid choice. Just be mindful of room size when booking with children. Overall, it was a good stay!

Great location. 5 minute walk to Ginza line. Walking distance from imperial palace and shopping in Ginza. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Staff were really helpful. Great value for what we wanted!

We stayed here the night before our flight out of Japan. The rooms are small, but the space is utilized well. Our room was clean. We wish there were proper shelves or nightstand on both sides of the bed.
Staff were not rude, but not super friendly either. Overall, great location and price for what you get.

I enjoyed the location very close to several food options! Very convenient being near the train station. Clean hotel very kind staff & comfortable! Laundry room was easy to use has a washer dryer combo in one so made it extra easy to wash one complete load!

The room is definitely on the smaller side. Location is close to Shimbashi train station as well as konbinis and local eateries. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming.
