The rooms were enormous by Japanese standards and facilities supplied were excellent. The beds were comfortable and Takamatsu was a lovely visit - i think Takamatsu is under-rated.

It was a bit hard to find the hotel due to reception is located at the 8th Floor and some elevators did not go up to that floor. However, the room was great, service was great, and overall experience was great.

The staff is very polite, helpful, nice and professional., check-in and check-out are fast, the hotel location is good, just a step from the shopping street, many choices for dining and shopping. But the room is very dirty, dusty in the ceiling everywhere, stains in the wall.,

It is conveniently located with lots of eateries and walking distance to places of interest. Housekeeping can be improved. The rooms are quite out dated for the price we paid.

Close to the shopping strip and ina great location. Only trouble we had was locating where the reception was. Turns out it was on the 8th floor and accessed by the lifts in a alley. Other than that enjoyed the stay and shopping.

The hotel is conveniently located with a shopping arcade (covered walk). The entry is very difficult to find. The hotel registration is on the 8th floor and it is accessed in narrow hallway. Better way finding would be helpful to identify the entry.

however, other than this, the level of cleanliness is very disappointing. the shower curtain was stained, carpet was stained, and there were layers of dust in various spots in the room. i was very disappointed and had to change hotel.
