Dormy Inn Tsu Natural Hot Spring

Very convenient.

Of the many places I stayed in Japan, Dormy provided a "homey" experience. It is not new but it is clean and well appointed. Perfect location.

Awful customer service and not accurate online room description. To my surprise I found out that regular double rooms had no bathtub, just an old and tiny shower. They said at the front desk that only 2 beds rooms (twin rooms) come with bathtub, which makes no sense. So I wanted to change my room for one with a bathtub and they say that they are all booked. ALL LIES!!! They didn’t even check the computer. Sunday night in Tsu, a small town without tourists and all the rooms are booked? The hotel is pretty empty. They are awful hypocrites at this property and they have no customer service at all. Only thing they do is apologize but they don’t offer you a solution or an answer to satisfy you. If I know this I could have book ANY OTHER HOTEL around here with normal rooms and a bathtub, not this obsolete place. What bothers me the most is the absolute absence of interest in accommodating you to your satisfaction and the lack of help by the management. Never again a Dormy Inn for me! Maybe no more Japan either! The discrimination towards foreigners in Japan is notorious, if this this happens to a Japanese National they help them. The more I know Japan the most I hate its people. Thank you for an awful experience in a beautiful country with terrible people with no answers. Just robots unable to solve anything!

Great place to stay for business trips.

I really liked the hot spring, ramen, their popsicles and Yakut. I love Japan hotels. Are they all like this? I would like to come to just stay at this hotel!

clean and convenient

広くはないけれど本物の温泉が心地よかったです。夜鳴きそばの存在を知らずに泊まったのでこんなサービスがあるのかといい意味で驚きました。

This is a nice, clean onsen hotel conveniently located by Tsu train station. Many restaurants all around the hotel area. Taxi stand in front of station to take you to nearby sights. We booked two double rooms for our stay for comfort as beds are small western size doubles. Other option is for japanese style futon. Staff are very helpful. Limited english, but not a problem.

Great location in Tsu Center. 2 minute walk to train. Plenty of restaurants. Good value.

Attitude of the staff, especially to none Japanese. Room cleaning: must leave the room, no flexibility on time, very rude.

Difficult to get the car park, all full, other than that, it’s a decent hotel with reasonable price

Dormy inn chain is dependable, clean, fun

Superb location exit fr Tsu station you can see the hotel & Kotsu bus stop next to hotel. This bus bring you to many attractions of Ise. Shops & eateries around hotel. I chose this hotel for the free use of onsen. Will come back to this hotel as a base to Mie Prefecture in near future.

Everything is excellent! I stayed there for 5days and it was so comfortable

Good value for money. We drove and arrived quite late in the evening, the hotel reserved a parking space for us which was great and exceeded expectations. Parking fee costs ¥1200 per day. Onset available on 2F, but only the all-naked style, but male/female separate. Breakfast and midnight snack were good too. Free ramen available after 9.30 pm.

Very close to Tsu station and walking distance to a few restaurants. They have parking but limited spaces but there are some parking options within a few minutes walk.

Comfortable bed, good location Hotel parking was full on the first night of stay, but have a large parking lot nearby and price is reasonable.

Hotel with nice facility and around centre of city

We had a great stay at the Dormy Inn hotel. Very clean!! We love the hotel springs and free midnight ramen snack. We also love the location right next to the train station and walking distance to local restaurants.

Amenities are great, all facilities are clean, foods are fantastic, and staffs are nice! Highly Recommended!!
