Clean room and onsen. Breakfast was great and front desk helped call a cab. You can see Mt Fuji with a brief 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms give a cabin feel and theres a forest around which is nice. There is a Don Quijote very close which is convienent. Very close to the theme park as well if you were planning to go there. Overall good spot.

The room was so clean and exciting to try Japanese traditional room (dinner, bed, private family bath). Staff were so friendly. It was walking distance to skytree and pick up bus station at Fuji-Q. hotel's main road clearly can see mount Fuji and take some nice photos and on top on brown bridge also.

Super cute little lodge tucked into the trees. Very quiet and peaceful. There is free onsite parking and you are within walking distance of storage and restaurants. Free breakfast was delicious and hot!!

Overall, an amazing stay! You have your own private bath and the staff are accommodating. It’s the perfect place to rest and recharge. My only complaint is that the beds are a bit stiff (which some people might prefer!)

The hotel was a bit difficult to find and access at first, but once inside, it was very clean, spacious, and located in a nice area. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was on point.
However, the outdoor onsen didn’t appear very clean, so I didn’t use it. The biggest disappointment was the view of Mount Fuji. I booked this hotel expecting an unobstructed view based on the photos, but the view was restricted and not as advertised.
Overall, it’s a decent and very clean hotel with great staff, but the lack of the promised Mount Fuji view was a letdown.

The pictures made the accommodation look a lot better than it was. There is absolutely nothing around, you're in the middle of nowhere. We had to make our own beds upon arrival which isn't what you'd expect for the price. Disappointing in general, onsen was nice but far too hot.

Wood floors in the hallways are beautiful but very noisy. We were on the first floor and constantly hear heavy walking on our floor and above at all hours. Many guests don’t honor the quiet hours. Around the bedside table was dirty and dusty should be cleaned regularly. It was nice to have a complementary breakfast but it needs more options. The bathroom was very tiny and awkward to even get in too. Staff ok, but not really friendly.

Was an amazing stay. My wife and I loved the hot tub as it was chilly during our stay. It was hard to get our luggage up the steps but nothing too crazy. Staff was super friendly, and amazing breakfast.
