Beautiful hotel. Impeccable rooms. Our corner room was spacious, extremely spacious for Japanese hotels. The shower had amazing pressure and the toiletries were above the standard hotel items. The beds are very firm.

I’ve stayed here a few times and like the quiet neighborhood and how new and clean the rooms are. But boy are the beds stiff. If you like a very firm mattress, you’re good, if not, maybe stay elsewhere.

Check in area is calming. Special tea is available at the lobby, staff prepare your choice. I also appreciated the staff recommendations for dinner. They kindly called the restaurants and made the reservations. Breakfast buffet is very delicious and with variety.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff are super polite and helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean and is located about 10 mins from a few train stations. We spent 10 days here and will definitely be coming back
