Wonderful friendly and extremely helpful staff! I would definitely stay again when in Wakayama . The hotel is well located to the park and Castle.

Close to Wakayama Castle which is worth visiting.
Stayed in Japanese style room which was beautifully maintained, large and extremely comfortable (at least for me).
Hotel procedure a little old-style but in a good way (eg. you get a physical key instead of an access card) but this is a little more common in areas away from big urban centers such as Osaka or Tokyo
