So convenient close to train station good facilities including laundry

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is central, 5 min walk from Ginza line to explore areas of Tokyo.

Perfect central location, great staff, had everything we needed.

Very good location in Ginza! We were able to rest well while also being close to major shopoing hubs and tourist areas. Close train stations nearby made transportation a breeze.

You can hear the baby crying from the hallway. Very old rooms and bathrooms

The hotel is in a great location but the room I stayed on the 11th floor was very old and worn. Staff were great

I had a really good experience staying at Hotel Gracery Ginza. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which made it a great place to relax after long days exploring the city. The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. One of the biggest highlights is the location—shopping is literally everywhere. You’re surrounded by stores, restaurants, and everything you might need, all within walking distance, which makes it incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a really good stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to be in the heart of Ginza.

The rooms are ridiculous small. No space for storage and luggage. Bathroom was old and not well maintained.

This hotel is convenient for its location which I appreciated. I also appreciated the self storage that was available for use after check out. However, the room I was given seemed to be looked over and attention to detail was not taken into account. Hair was left on the wall in the bathroom, the wall next to the dresser had fuzzy stuff on it, bathtub can be updated as this one had a permanent dirt line in the tub. Sheets did not smell clean and the towels were old and dingy. Carpet was pretty bad too. This was my fourth hotel I stayed in through out Tokyo and Kyoto and the only one that did not meet basic standards.

On the up side, rooms are quite large. However, the decor is tired and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I also got bitten by bed bugs on first night but after a room clean it all seemed fine. The area is nice and convenient and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Small rooms, elevators at times were inconvenient and the bathroom is very outdated, although some parts of the hotel were newly renovated.

Lovely hotel in top location in Ginza. Breakfast was included which was amazing. Lots of facilities and amenities big plus. Had washing machines for only 600 yen a cycle which was helpful. Room was quite snug and it was a triple room booked for 3 people. Beds were comfortable however small for sleeping with a 12 year old child. Cleanliness could have been improved a little but overall good value for money. I would use again however would book 2 rooms for two adults and two children.

I stayed here a few months ago and had a completely different experience. My stay this time was not as great. Room was more worn. Staff who checked me in was very dismissive and felt like I was rushed through everything. I know I joined their Fujita membership club during my last stay but he “skipped” the screen to scan my QR code. This meant I didn’t get my free drink and late check out for this stay. When I tried to tell him that I was a member he said “thank you” but didn’t do anything else. I was not happy. Besides that, location in Ginza is great.
