The hotel was located right next to the shopping arcade where there were many stores and restaurants. It was also a short 10 min walk to Nagasaki warf. The breakfast was wonderful with well balanced food meticulously prepared. Free self serve laundry was so nice to have. Washers & dryers were clean and worked well. I would stay again.

This is a little gem, a hip well appointed hotel. Everything is new and nice. Rooms are small for American standards, so if you’re looking for space go elsewhere. But if you’re looking for great value at a very convenient location, this is it. Walk the neighborhood to see some old-Honh-Kong-like scenes. Walk down the river 10’minutes and you hit a beautiful seashore, perfect for a sunset watch dringkinf a beer peerside. Thanks the 1 trolley and in 15 min you’re at the Atomic Bomb and Peace Park.

Very standard hotel but we had a good experience with friendly staff, clean rooms and good service. The best part was the great location being so close to tram/bus stops and pretty easily walkable from the train station.

This hotel is in an amazing location! It is a 20min walk from Nagasaki Train Station, a 12min walk to Nagasaki Port Terminal, and is located across the road from a huge shopping arcade in Nagasaki city. The staff were extremely polite and attended to all of our needs at all hours of the day. The rooms are small, but very clean and soundproof, so we did not hear our neighbours at all. The rooms also have Western-style showers. The hotel breakfast cost AUD$13 per person, and is small in terms of variety, but convenient and delicious. The hotel is also located around the corner from a major bus stop, which has an airport bus that takes you straight to Nagasaki airport. I highly recommend you stay at this hotel. My partner and I will definitely be staying here again upon returning to Nagasaki.

The area was nice, but the expensive parking was very annoying. The hotel has no parking lots, so you have to use city parking lots. Take the train if possible, for one night of parking it was around 3500 yen.

The hotel was easily accessible by tram from the main train station, but I definitely recommend taking the bus if you have luggage. Chinatown is nearby, Dejima a fairly short walk and overall it’s pretty nice and central area. The hotel is new and fresh, the staff are really nice and friendly. Although fairly small, the reception and lobby area has a nice feel and has coffee and tea readily available, to sit and watch the busy streets below. Although there are many smaller rooms available, we chose the largest and it was very comfortable by Japanese standards. Plenty of space for luggage, microwave and kettle, with bottled water provided daily. The room was quiet and definitely better than most hotels in the area, in terms of space, cleanliness and modernity. The public bath was excellent, the outdoor starlit sky view a bonus. Breakfast was very good, definitely a lot more on offer than the sandwiches that it suggests. Overall, excellent value for money, definitely more than the ‘business’ hotel it appears to be promoted as. Considerably better than other hotels recommended by trip advisor, that we have stayed at before.

I wanted to dispose of an old, lightweight bag & asked a young man at the reception as to where I can throw it away (e.g trash disposal bin). However, he told me that I will need to pay him ¥1000 to dispose of it. I felt that its ridiculous to pay that money. When i went up to my floor, I saw senior housekeepers and I asked them where I could throw the bag, and one lady immediately said that she'll throw it away for me. See the disparity in service standards? Young staff wants money, but senior staff are focused on service.

This place, everything unusual. Be careful when you think to stay. Most of the Japanese hotels think about the customers. This place is totally different. They force to follow their rule to the customers. I have been travel in world over 30years. This is the worst hotel experience over past 30 years. If the customer does not meet their requirements, the hotel asks ‘ go out from hotel’ even they have wrong or mistake. In my case, they misunderstood the rules from the government. However, they said to me ‘ go out from hotel!’ After while, they recognized their mistakes. However, there is no words for apologies. Door is thin. Sounds leaks to outside. I can easy to hear the sounds from the outside. Breakfast. No fancy Japanese rice. Nagasaki is very good place and there are nice restaurants around the place. Recommend to go outside restaurants instead of taking expensive breakfast. Good things(?): if you want to show tons of adults videos to your kids. This maybe good place. No parents protection etc. the kids can easy to access adults videos. Make sure, you need pay attention to ware what you have. If you want to go restaurant in morning, they are checking what you ware. Otherwise, you need return to your room. There is no such info in your room. You will see such requirements at the front of the restaurant. Please also make sure, refrigerator in the room is not true refrigerator. There is no freezer. it gives slightly lower temperature than your room. Small!
