Very nice location: close to the train station and 10 mins to airport by bus. The breakfast is impressive, good service and there is a free shuttle bus to airport. 2-3 convenience stores nearby, so I can grab food at late night.

They did not spoke English, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian. The over charge me for late check out after I asked for in the morning and the said yes. Then charge 4000 yen because they said they did not honored Expedia ranks.

Our group stayed at Hotel JAL city Haneda for two nights on our trip from Sapporo. We had a good stay. It offer free shuttle to Haneda airport on a scheduled bus service. Pickup service from the airport is only available after 4pm so we have to get our own ride going to the hotel when we arrived at 10:30am.
The shuttle bus driver who drove us to the airport was very hard working. There were around 30-40 hotel guest, so he has to load/ unload 40-50 kuggages on his own without expecting any tip from the guest. unlike those in the state.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to a non japanese speaker. Location of the hotel was right next to the primary train station I used. The breakfast was always yummy and filling for the adventures. Room cleaning service did a bang up job of ensuring my room was clean and my belongings were untouched. 10/10 experience!

The property was very close to the airport and had an excellent shuttle bus service to the airport. It was also very close to a train service which connected with other lines to give easy access to other parts of Tokyo. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable
