Compact and clean

The hitel was very convenient to the airport and it was convenient to all the convenience stores neary. I liked that the room was constantly cleaned every time i returned from Being out in the city. The bathroom was stupendous. Good job to everyone thay works there

perfect for if you need a short stay before leaving from Haneda, there’s a free shuttle to the airport as well!

Everyone was extremely helpful and nice

All was good and was happy with my bag being able to be kept at concierge till we checked back again a week later. However my team of 5 were upset and unhappy when breakfast manager refused to let me take some bfast to go as it was too early and the manager at the bfast WAS INFLEXIBLE AND SAID NO DUE to company policy . U need to have hotel fix this nonsense and bad customer service as they would not let me take food to go when I COULD NOT EAT AT 6..30 am and this was very wrong !! Will appreciate a response all 5 of us booked in 3 rooms experienced this bad unusual behavior. We were NOT EATING AND TAKING TO GO !!

Hotel is near Haneda airport . Near the rail station. 5 minute walk . We stayed for 5 nights bed and breakfast. Room was small and we struggled to get 2 large suitcases in . No room to put your stuff apart from 6 hangers on a rail. No drawers . We lived out of the suitcases ( thank goodness for packing cubes!) kettle coffee green tea in room . It was cleaned every day and replenished . Had to buy my own tea bags as they didn’t supply what I call normal tea , but that’s fine , not a negative although I did ask the a young man at the restaurant for 2 tea bags until I bought some and he refused and said no it’s for breakfast which I thought was a bit of a negative! Then I asked him if we could buy a glass of wine to drink in reception but he said you have to drink in the restaurant and only with a meal ! Bizzarre as they’re missing a trick here ! We didn’t want to sit in our room as it was so small so a drink at the end of a busy day would have been nice . Reception area was big enough for sitting in . Staff at reception were super helpful with directions. Free stuff for your room if you need it ( toothbrush, shower cap, brush etc) very clean hotel . Offers a free shuttle bus to airport ( only Haneda ) Breakfast was ok as we only had cereal and rolls ( no bread for toast ) usual food on offer. I gather this hotel is more for the overnight stays rather than long stay .

Free shuttle from HANEDA airport (terminal 1!) Well done hotel for a good value, Train station right across the hotel next to 7/11 for getting into Tokyo or as for me quickly down to Yokohama and Kamakura

Everything is great. But be sure to check free shuttle bus schedule before you take it b/c it doesn’t pick up or drop off the at terminal 3 all the time, terminal 1 is always available.

Exceptional service and quality environment.

Always use this hotel for the night before flying out of Haneda. Free shuttle to airport or short walk to Keikyu line train which only takes 7 mins to the airport. There is an alleyway of various dining places right by the hotel or lots of options 5 mins walk away in Ōtari.

Very convenient for travelers flying out of Haneda airport. The front staff were very helpful. The room was small but the design was stylish and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was adequate and there was a convenience store across the street and several other dining options. There was a morning shuttle to the airport - which is just a short ride away. There is also a local train station within walking distance with easy access to the airport. I'd stay again.

Staff are very accomodating. Close location to Haneda airport and train station. Would be nice though if drop off were at each terminal, instead of everyone at T3 and had to wait for the airport shuttle.

I liked the shuttle service to the airport

Had a morning flight so wanted to stay near the airport. Hotel room was perfectly acceptable for an eve. Transfer bus to airport very useful although very busy so took a while to get to T2 so arrive early if you want to get on.

Only issue was the ongoing construction.

Property is located within a 10 minutes drive from the Haneda International Airport. It is a safe, quiet, convenient, and walkable location with multiple dining options.
