Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo

It was good overall for the price,but the room was a bit too small.

This hotel is meant for easy access to the airport, not for leisure. Only go here for the quick airport travel. its 30 mins by train to get into tokyo city

Good property to stay here , Terminal 3 is very near to the hotel only 7 min traveling time .

Superb Staff, and the prime location put it out of box from others

Good place for a short stay. The free shuttle bus is a plus, which makes travel between Haneda Airport and the hotel very convenient.

The shuttle bus to and from the airport was a great help for travellers. The room was just like in the picture when booked. It was so perfect to my liking.

Airport shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was not easy to use because there is a gap from 11am to 5pm when the shuttle does not operate. We arrived at 2:30pm after a 10.5 hour flight, so we took a taxi, which cost around $10USD. The taxi to the airport was terrific, just because the time of day we needed matched their shuttle schedule. The first night we were there, the restaurant had no available reservations, so we walked across the road and ate at a very convenient local eatery. The rooms were a little small by American standards, but very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had more traditional Japanese selections than Western. The bacon was not cooked enough (limp and cold), the scrambled eggs were runny. Check-in and check-out was meant to be through a self-service kiosk, but we the staff walked us through the process. After disembarking our cruise ship and arriving at 9am, we paid about $24USD per room for an early check-in (11am vs 3pm). This was well worth the price! The local area was very convenient with a train station, groceries, restaurants, and about a 15 minute drive to the airport.

The room was comfortable and the property was very clean. The airport shuttle was very convenient and easy to access from the airport. They have a set schedule and specific parking area that made it easy to find the bus. I added on the breakfast buffet in the morning and thought that it had a lot of options to choose from. The train station is walking distance from the hotel. They stored my bag as a courtesy after checkout time.

For quick trips, I don't look for the cheapest hotel, I look for the best value within my budget in a location near my destination. I had never stayed at a JAL City hotel before. Hotels.com had a good price for my dates, so I chose to look at the details of this location. After value, I look for breakfast availability. This property had it, and it was awesome! For me, it was the hotel's best amenity. I was a little less enthusiastic about a few of this hotel's features. First, I saw they had a free shuttle to and from Haneda, but I neglected to look at the schedule in advance. Check-in is at 3 pm. I arrived a little after 2 pm, only to find that the first afternoon shuttle from the airport doesn't depart until 4 pm. Why not have a shuttle that gets you to the property at or a few minutes before check-in time? Second, although the double bed was absolutely heavenly, the only bed pillow had no substance whatsoever. Sure, I could have asked for another pillow, but instead I rolled up my oversized fluffy sweater and placed it under the pillow. Problem (more or less) solved. Third, placing the "Do Not Disturb" sign gets you clean towels in a plastic bag outside your door every day, despite the hotel's sticker on the toilet paper holder expressing its desire to be eco-friendly. Overall, the place was very clean; the staff exceptionally friendly, helpful and multilingual; and, again, spectacular breakfast! At the right price, I would definitely return!

The hotel is located in a busy area but inside it is quiet and comfortable with a nice lounge area and restaurant. The staff are professional and helpful.

I am really desapointed because I reserved for a double room with chid bed and it wasn't there. When I asked, they said me no possible to get one and no possible to get another room.

Located near the train station allows for easy access from and to the airport. Conscientious staff made me feel right at home. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located near the airport, the hotel is super clean and pleasant. The breakfast could improve. Too much catering Japanese customers.
