Out of all of the hotels we stayed in Japan this was by far our favorite! We had a view over looking the pier and it was beautiful. Extremely clean and spacious!

Good place, quiet. Room had everything we need. Only thing was hairs on carpet. Very comfortable location. Subway and bus stop near the hotel, walking 1 minute. Haneda airport 15km away. Also convenient store in the same building. They have very good coffee. No regrets.

This is the second Hotel JAL City that I have stayed at and both have been better than most hotels in this class. Hotel JAL City Toyosu is very clean, the room had several amenities (toiletries, coffee, etc.) and the bed was comfortable. It is located within easy walking distance to the Toyosu PIT concert venue. The sidewalks in the neighborhood are clean and wide, and the train stations are close by. Recommended.

The hotel was OK - nothing more or less than we expected. We personally both found the bed very uncomfortable. My only real complaint is the day we checked out we were going to visit TeamLab Planets (a block away). We asked if they could hold our bags for a few hours (1-2pm pickup) - and we were told they could only hold them until noon... it seemed a little ridiculous.

Property was nice, a bit far from the the main attractions but with public transportation available close by. Breakfast area was spacious but food options were limited compared to previous hotels I've been in Tokyo. Room was clean and spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. Great view from the room.

This is my second time staying in Toyosu Jal city. My flight was delayed badly and the reception staff still serve me at 3:00am. There is also a shipping counter for mailing parcel and luggage.
The room charge is not expensive.
Lawson is at lobby.

The room was quite small ans there was no wardrobe to put clothes in.
The plug in system was exclusively japanese, or USB, so make sure to have an adaptator or the right cables. Otherwise, it was perfect : good location, convenience shop open almost 24/24, very clean etc.
