I stayed in a Japanese style room, I was really looked after - I was escorted to my room and had tea made for me. I used the onsen, which was great - it left my skin feeling very soft. I then ate dinner - amazing kaiseki ryori. When I got back to my room my bed was prepared for me, it was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was a real suprise - almost as good as the dinner, delicious and beautiful.

가족끼리 처음으로 가는 일본 온천 여행입니다.
와이프와 딸은 다음에 와도 카스이엔에서 숙박하고 싶다고 합니다.
Private bath는 이용하지 못 했지만, 대중탕으로도 충분히 만족했습니다.
다음 방문 때에도 다시 이용할 계획입니다.
다만, 아침 저녁 식사는 저희 가족 입맛과는 차이가 있어 다음에는 아침 정도만 이용하려 합니다

インターからも近く、無料の駐車場もあって良かったです。
大浴場はたまたま早い時間だったせいなのか1人貸切り状態で入ることが出来ました。
リファ、Panasonic、dysonと良いドライヤーが揃い、化粧水やボディクリームなども揃っていてタオル1枚で良さそうなほどです。
9階の露天風呂はこの時期は寒いので身体を洗ったり洗髪するのは厳しいかもですね。
そちらは普通のドライヤーでした（笑）
素泊りでしたが受付けの方々の対応はとても感じが良く大満足でした。

Ureahino town is famous for Hot spring and onsen tofu. You can feel the high quality of the onsen water. Hotel age well but is superbly maintain. Very clean. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet and local town.

10여년전에 3번 방문하고 다시 추억여행삼아 다시 숙박하였는데, 그때 친절하고 다정다감한 직원들은 다 없어지고 인건비 아끼려는지 직원은 거의 안보이고, 건물은 초라함이 가득하여서 여간 실망이 컸습니다. 저의 우레시노여행, 카스이앤숙박은 여기서 마지막입니다.

スタッフの対応が良かったです。
食事付きではなくて、クルマで近くの店探したが、開いてなくて 大変だった。
大浴場は入浴剤等沢山あって充実してます、湯の質も、温度も丁度良く楽しめました。

洋室を選びましたが、外にある業務用室外機の音が大きく落ち着けなかった。スタッフさんに相談したところ和室に空きがありそちらに移動させていただきました。

오래된 곳이지만 잘 관리 되어 있어서 좋았어요 침대매트리스만 교체 되었으면 하는 바램이 …온천은 물이 너무 너무 좋아서 다 용서된다는
