My family’s stay at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo was amazing. Having a FamilyMart right across the street and a 7-Eleven just behind the hotel made it incredibly convenient to purchase food, drinks, daily essentials, and anything else we needed during our stay. One feature we especially appreciated was the hotel’s large laundry machines, which were much more practical than the small machines commonly found in many other hotels. The hotel is also in an excellent location, with easy access to some of Tokyo’s most famous attractions, including the Tokyo Imperial Palace, Tokyo Dome, and Tokyo Skytree. Getting around the city was simple and convenient. Overall, our experience was unforgettable, and we’re so glad we chose Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo for our family trip. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

We had a great stay! The area was quiet but had things nearby like many restaurants. The hotel was very close to the train stations and not too far on the train from different areas in Tokyo. They helped arrange our luggage transfer to Kyoto. The only thing missing was an iron in the room (you have to go to the lounge where the laundry machines are).

Clean place and close to amenities. Laundry and gym good. The only thing I did not like was breakfast, not worth the money. Other places in the area that u can go to. They should also offer shuttle services from airports, to a few point of interest places and perhaps Disney Tokyo? Subway is close but if its your first time it can be overwhelming to try to figure out all the lines.

The room was tiny, even by Tokyo standards, with no storage at all (there was a folded suitcase rack but nowhere to open it and still pass thru the room). The bathroom OTOH felt spacious and was very comfortable. As in many Japanese hotels the mattress is really hard, we slept over rather than under the comforter and then it was fine for us. The hotel has a good breakfast buffet of both continental and Japanese dishes. It is similar to other Japanese hotels we’ve been to. What’s unique to this hotel is that they have a very nice and convenient laundry room which doubles as a lounging area. It was very nice. The machines do both wet and dry and their availability is reported on the room’s TV (haven’t seen that before).

First time in Tokyo and this hotel was a great experience. Quietly tucked away from the busy streets of the city , it’s quiet and peaceful with numerous local restaurants and shops nearby. The facilities are great and I made good use of the ice maker machine . The staff were super friendly and the rooms while small, has everything you need. Highly recommend for its price and location.

This hotel is really fantastic for the price. It's a short walk to two different train stations so the location is quiet but accessible. We arrived on the tail end of a typhoon and they were quick to towel dry our suitcases and offer umbrella bags. Everyone was very hospitable. The hotel room has plenty of free toiletries so no need to worry about forgetting a razor, toothbrush, or anything else. They have them. If you run out of anything, they will bring more in a timely manner. The room wasn't huge, but compared to other hotels in tokyo, it is much more spacious. The AC worked well in our room in the main building and the many lights in the room are all controllable easily from a panel on the wall on both sides of the beds. Minifridge does not have a freezer section. TV allows for screen sharing from your device so we were able to stream from our phones onto the television. There's a FamilyMart convenience store immediately across the street for snacks and such. I wish the hotel had some sort of ice bucket or pitcher in the room though. They had an ice machine on the 4th floor along with vending machines, but no way to contain the ice. They also had tons of washer/dryer combos and irons and steamers on the 4th floor in a community space which was great for wrinkled luggage clothes.

My only “complaint” and it isn’t really a big deal, were the laundry amenities. Because it’s such a large hotel with many guests, it can be difficult to find an open washing machine without having to wait. Other than that it was a great experience and a wonderful hotel.
