Brilliant staff and clean rooms

The hotel is excellently positioned near Otorii metro station, offering convenient access to Haneda Airport, making it ideal for short stays; while the room was decent with a comfortable bed, the toilet room felt quite small and the pillows were disappointingly small and hard."

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and eager to assistin any way possible. I loved that they offered shuttle service to the Haneda airport. The bathroom was a good size and my room had adequate space for two people. It would have been nicer if they offered a few amenities like coffee and bottled water in the room since they had a kettle with cups. Also, I would have preferred breakfast included in the total price. Instead the breakfast buffet was 1800 yen, which is still reasonable. They also offered some snacks and drinks for sale. The television only had a few channels broadcasting via antenna, no streaming apps. The area neighborhood was very quiet however, I can hear the TVs in the rooms near me. The room lights, ac, and refrigerator are operated by inserting a room key. Therefore, the room temperature and refrigerator may shut off when you leave the room. The surrounding area offered a few restaurants and convenience stores within a few blocks. I didn't see any souvenir shops in the immediate area. Overall, it was a nice clean place to stay at a decent price for my one night stay and had convenient transportation to the airport.

Breakfast was limited and for the price kind of expensive, rooms are very basic, shuttle only runs in the morning. Staff was nice, location was good.

Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay prior to departing Haneda. Free bus transfer to the terminal.

An ideal location right by Haneda Airport, great that the property offer a shuttle service. Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, a great end of trip stay!

The room is clean and very compact. The bathroom was very very compact. There is not too much space to move around.

Clean and tidy rooms, with all the amenities. Friendly staff. Great location for Haneda airport. Free shuttle from the hotel or 2 minutes walk to metro station and a couple of stops on the train.

Had a really great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, super close to the airport which made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again.
