I loved the busy city streets and high end stores. Also, this place was very convenient to take trains or bus to other parts of the city. The room was very small but clean and the staff always helpful. I will stay again here because of the location.

For me, It׳s a kind of a museum.
The atmosphere of the building inside out tells: “I’m a dated historical place״ (don’t miss the elevator flour pointing device!). It’ll may perfectly fits those seeking a good location in Ginza and wish to combine “dated price” with old (but gold) style hotel, not that much steps away from the transportation stations and top shopping / dining for all styles and budget, rather than a top notch technology alternative hotel at higher prices. For couple of nights at this area, you get a comfy double bed (the upgraded option!) a decent room size, the good old Japanese bathroom (built from a plastic cube technology I’ve witnessed 15 years back and liked the idea since). On the downside,
If you don’t mind the walls thickness that passes a neighboring room sudden bed bump across the same wall, maybe even a smelly pillow at one side although super comfy (turn it if you don’t mind), then you might want to spend a night (or two) at this museum.

Even though the property was in a convenient area, I do not recommend this hotel no matter the price if you are looking for a good experience. The property are outdated and the staff are terrible. How am I not been able to check out if I don’t return all the keycard? First, a male staff required me to back to the room and find the 2nd keycard. When I brought it down, a female staff questioned me that it was 3 keycards instead of 2. I responded to her twice that it was only 2 keycards given. Absurd experience.

The property is not new but very comfortable. Staff friendly and nice. The area around is unique. Subway less than a block, many very good shops and options to eat . Very nice neighborhood .

Great location in Ginza, close to stations and plenty of restaurants.
Don’t arrive early and expect to be checked in as they strictly enforce the 3pm check in time. The lobby was packed the day we arrived and even though it was pouring rain we were asked to come back at 3pm.(this was at 2.15pm), at least they had plenty of umbrellas to use. Staff were very friendly and polite however you would think some flexibility could have been applied.
Apart from that it is a very good place to stay.
